Went here for the Holdouts concert, which was great! What a cool venue this is... Loved it!

Terrific sound system. Small jazz club below Duet restaurant. Only seats 100. They sell out almost every show. There is a bar and very slow table service for drinks.

Had another great night at the LowDown attending the 2nd show of the new Tulsa based band, The Holdout's. Awesome performance by the 7 piece band made up of some of the best and seasoned Musicians/Vocalists in Tulsa, playing a mix of original and covers in multiple genres with creative and unique arrangements. The LowDown was a perfect venue for their introduction to the Tulsa Music Fan Base. Acoustics are great, table seating, comfortable, for about 125 patrons, drinks were great and reasonable and the only thing missing was room to dance but there was plenty of chair dancing going on. I can see the LowDown becoming a jewel for showcasing up and coming performers in Tulsa and visiting/touring artists from all over the country providing a atmosphere and quality performances every night of the week, similar to the Blue Note in NYC and the newly opened Blue Note in LA.

This venue used to be one of the best spots for live jazz, but it’s gone downhill lately. There are barely any shows anymore, and the great programming it once had is gone. So sad to see such a promising place lose its spark.

Been coming to hear great music and musicians for a couple of years. Sound and ambiance are both great. However, as someone who has worked in the restaurant business as a server and bar-back, I think the beverage game needs work. I get that you are trying to create the speakeasy scene, but adding bitters to every cocktail is not what everybody wants. I ordered two regular cocktails, not ones from the menu, and asked for the most basic combinations, and they came with some form of bitters that I did not ask for. I am 45, and in the twenty plus years that I have gone out for drinks, I have only had to send a few drinks back, and last night was one of them. Ask your customers if they want bitters in their drinks. Give them the option to decline. Also, please make sure that your bartenders know how to make basic cocktails if they don’t already. Sorry to be critical, but the owners need to be aware.

I was here for the first time to photograph and I truly loved the vibe!
We've been many times and can tell you that Lowdown books some incredible artists and bands. The atmosphere is cozy and very cool as it's located in the basement of an old revitalized building in Arts District in downtown Tulsa. Every seat has a great view of the stage and the sound is awesome. Don't expect much from the table or bar service, though. Most of the staff seem bothered to serve and unhappy to be there. If the service was friendly and top-notch, this place could be the hottest spot in town.
Wheelchair accessibility: Enter at street level and use the elevator.

Limited food options, as it is mostly bar appetizers. The salsa that came with my chips was delicious. The Old Cuban drink I ordered was very good
