We've been many times and can tell you that Lowdown books some incredible artists and bands. The atmosphere is cozy and very cool as it's located in the basement of an old revitalized building in Arts District in downtown Tulsa. Every seat has a great view of the stage and the sound is awesome. Don't expect much from the table or bar service, though. Most of the staff seem bothered to serve and unhappy to be there. If the service was friendly and top-notch, this place could be the hottest spot in town.
Wheelchair accessibility: Enter at street level and use the elevator.

Limited food options, as it is mostly bar appetizers. The salsa that came with my chips was delicious. The Old Cuban drink I ordered was very good

Saw a Blue Whale Comedy show there with Ali Macofsky. The microphone went out on the second guest and also lost connection during the main headliner. The speakers were alternating between one side of the room and the other. Pretty much amateur hour for any audio engineer, it literally ruined a couple big punchlines.

The list of rules about being quiet etc... made me feel like he was talking to a child, yet the people working behind the bar were being so loud it made it hard to enjoy the show I bought tickets for. My advice, if you can't get tickets in front, then don't go.

Paid $320 for a 4 seat table on NYE. When we got there, they acted like they had no idea about reserved tables. Finally found someone who did and they had let another group sit at our table and made US ask the group to leave. There were only 2 or 3 people working the bar for a sold out venue, not even a cocktail server was coming to the tables to get drink orders. We stood in line forever at the bar and after no service, we stepped to the side to get someone’s attention and the bar tender told us there was a designated line area and to go back. When we told him, yea we’ve been the only ones standing there and getting no service then he helped us. The tickets were to include a champagne toast, charcuterie & dessert table. We arrived about 20 min after door opening and the table had been completely wiped out. There were cheese spreads & soft cheeses left, but nothing to put it on, no crackers or bread. My husband asked if there were any crackers to restock and the guy didn’t even acknowledge him, said nothing and turned and left and never came back. I think they absolutely overcharged for this event. I don’t feel like the service was worth it at all. The show was great but we won’t be spending that much with this place again.
