Made Market is a hotel bar that serves food, not a traditional restaurant. Despite its transformation from a "dump" to a modern space, some issues arose during a stay. Staff were "quick and helpful" but occasionally "rude." The room was "fine" and the food was "not half bad." While it's convenient for Hilton Doubletree guests, it may not be worth a special trip from elsewhere.
