I would take a hard pass if you are considering eating anything here. I was staying at this property off and on for weeks and I ate here several times with each experience worse than the previous. The food was unappealing and the burgers were so overdone that they were crunchy. Very slow service with snarky and rude staff.

Even the bar had issues with very limited selection and most of the draft beer options out. There are many other dining and drinking options within a short walk or Uber/Lyft ride that are much more attractive options.

Food is absolutely yukky. Dried chicken wings. Hours old stale fries with cheese hardened on them. Order was to go. How can restaurants not take pride in what they serve? I am so baffled what they put in my boxes in my to go order. And, if I was a drinker, I would be very sad with their bar selection .... it looked sooo sad.

Over 1 hr just to be seated and once seated was told it would be another hr to get food.

Food is the only reason I'm not giving it all one stars. Waited about 7-10 minutes to be seated. Staff which included our server and the bartender were sitting in what seemed to be a lounge area in the restaurant on their phones. Service was extremely horrible. Tables were dirty and had to be wipe down which made no sense if staff was just sitting and being on their phones. We self-served our refills on our waters. All in all food saved this place. Probably wouldn't dine in again.

Thank goodness I only had to stay one night. Renovating a tired building with poor rattling AC. Nasty stains on the walls and floors I wouldn’t have my dog sleep on. Gross shower curtain. All the way around- yuck! And no valet for a woman traveling alone. Do better Hilton. Exactly why I’m moving my preferred chain over to Marriott.

Not given room we ordered. Air conditioning did not work. Have to pay $25 to park above the extreme high cost of the room. No courtesy personnel and breakfast is $18 as well. Really horrible experience

If you have.a disability, would strongly urge you not to stay at this hotel. Multiple access issues from entry way, elevator key requirement, physical layout, bar design, access to breakfast buffet food, and on and on. Other issues, a/c on the fritz, limited menu options for people with dietary restrictions, no lunch service, no vending machines, some hotel staff appear indifferent to guests entering who had difficulty with stairs in lobby. Why are there stairs at the entry way? Rooms were ok but nothing special. Several of my colleagues had defunct a/c in 108 degree weather. Food was mediocre, breakfast buffet eggs burned, had to lift off a very heavy cast iron lid to access hot food, very heavy glass tops to access pastry and bread. Lunch unavailable and we were there for a conference. Shuttle service availability was unpredictable.

Attended a conference at this property. The renovations were amazing! I remember the place it was a dump. New rooms and new common areas. Staff was quick and helpful. It's just not the same place anymore. Well done!

NO room maid service even after requesting it for 3 days - not toilet paper holder, tub didn't drain well, water faucet falling off, no fresh towels without requesting it - shampoo etc had to be requested. breakfast was like a continental breakfast at a 2 star hotel and should have been free instead of $19 a person. will not stay here again.

I kept waiting for Chef Ramsey to come out and shut everything down like a Kitchen Nightmare episode. Unfortunately, he didn’t. There were no camera crews. But there should have been. This place is ripe for a TV show. After well over an hour, I got my food. I could barely choke it down, and this was my first meal in 24hr. The only saving grace was my sweet waitress who apologized multiple times. I know it wasn’t her fault. Do yourself a favor, especially if there is any activities going, skip this.
