Thank goodness I only had to stay one night. Renovating a tired building with poor rattling AC. Nasty stains on the walls and floors I wouldn’t have my dog sleep on. Gross shower curtain. All the way around- yuck! And no valet for a woman traveling alone. Do better Hilton. Exactly why I’m moving my preferred chain over to Marriott.

Not given room we ordered. Air conditioning did not work. Have to pay $25 to park above the extreme high cost of the room. No courtesy personnel and breakfast is $18 as well. Really horrible experience

If you have.a disability, would strongly urge you not to stay at this hotel. Multiple access issues from entry way, elevator key requirement, physical layout, bar design, access to breakfast buffet food, and on and on. Other issues, a/c on the fritz, limited menu options for people with dietary restrictions, no lunch service, no vending machines, some hotel staff appear indifferent to guests entering who had difficulty with stairs in lobby. Why are there stairs at the entry way? Rooms were ok but nothing special. Several of my colleagues had defunct a/c in 108 degree weather. Food was mediocre, breakfast buffet eggs burned, had to lift off a very heavy cast iron lid to access hot food, very heavy glass tops to access pastry and bread. Lunch unavailable and we were there for a conference. Shuttle service availability was unpredictable.

Attended a conference at this property. The renovations were amazing! I remember the place it was a dump. New rooms and new common areas. Staff was quick and helpful. It's just not the same place anymore. Well done!

NO room maid service even after requesting it for 3 days - not toilet paper holder, tub didn't drain well, water faucet falling off, no fresh towels without requesting it - shampoo etc had to be requested. breakfast was like a continental breakfast at a 2 star hotel and should have been free instead of $19 a person. will not stay here again.

I kept waiting for Chef Ramsey to come out and shut everything down like a Kitchen Nightmare episode. Unfortunately, he didn’t. There were no camera crews. But there should have been. This place is ripe for a TV show. After well over an hour, I got my food. I could barely choke it down, and this was my first meal in 24hr. The only saving grace was my sweet waitress who apologized multiple times. I know it wasn’t her fault. Do yourself a favor, especially if there is any activities going, skip this.

We are diamond members so stay at a lot of hilton brand hotels. We had stayed here several times in previous years. This visit we had some problems. One they did not comp both of our breakfasts just one, two they tried to charge us for parking when we did not park in their garage. These were not major problems but they were sortt of rude and definitely did not make us feel welcome. The room was fine.

I would not stay at this hotel. I arrived at the airport and first ordered an Uber, while I was waiting I saw the hotel at a shuttle. I approached it and the driver acted like he never saw a black person before. He saw I wasn’t leaving so he asked where I was staying. I confirmed the Doubletree. He then told me he would be awhile and I would have to wait as if he’s prefer me yo get out and find my own transportation. As I felt uncomfortable, I got off the shuttle and took an Uber. Arriving at 1am in the morning, it was not a pleasant experience. Arrived at the hotel I formed the receptionist of my experience and she attempted to justify his actions.

Not friendly front desk staff An order of flowers delivered to the hotel on Wednesday but still at the front desk on Thursday afternoon- no apology! Went to call the front desk because our safe didn’t work but our phone DID NOT have a cord to the wall!! Had our room cleaned once( by our choice) and they made our beds , gave us a new roll of toilet paper and clean towels. Left dirty towels on the bathroom floor! We left a towel and drinking glass out in the hall for 3 days before anyone picked it up. The bed frame seemed too big for the mattress because the metal frame kept sticking out and hit our legs. Bed was comfortable

I had to wait over an hour to get a to go order that consisted of 2 burgers and two wraps. Incredibly long for that amount of food. The extra wait gave me some time to watch the bar run out of beer which on a Thursday before a three day long event is ridiculous. The cherry on top was watching the waitresses handle money and dirty dishes before handling our food without washing their hands or putting gloves on. Disgusting.

At around 3:00 to 3:30 am last night, I was awakened by a knock at my door. I was harassed by the “night manager” and a security guard. I was in my underwear. Literally. I opened the door and was told dogs are not allowed on my floor. That my dog was making barking sounds. My dog barked once because the two individuals in the hall -staff- were playing loud music. She told me that I wasn’t allowed there. I mentioned respectfully that I had checked in WITH my dog and front desk assigned the room. She continued to speak to me disrespectfully while the security guard hid around the corner. I finally told “night manager” that since they woke me and continued to fuss at me with no solution, I was going to go to the bathroom and return so they could tell me their solution. When i emerged again they were no where to be seen. I talked to front desk staff this morning. I asked for any notes on my room. Manager found none but did find an email noting our dog barking. I explained my situation and manager was helpful. She let me know that the hotel prefers all dogs to be on 3rd floor but there is no policy requiring only 3rd floor, we were on 7th. She removed my dog charge of $75 and my parking charge of $25. I explained that I was unable to sleep after this occurrence. 3:30 is a rough time to be rudely awakened. I also must drive home now with almost no sleep, at a place I was paying premium price to sleep. I cannot recommend any hotel that harasses their clients. My family and I ate at their in house restaurant the evening before after our event. We had reserved two rooms that were adjacent. Restaurant staff were attentive and fun. Front desk is amazing. After talking to neighbors on my floor who were also rudely awakened at SAME or almost SAME time with same issues, I can only conclude that the night staff is left to run wild. No one should be a paying guest and treated this way. I have airbnb’s and manage and flip them. I cannot imagine the ratings I would have if treated this way. I also have a recording of this.

They don't clean rooms daily. We had three rooms and never got our rooms cleaned. we were told that we had to request that service, but were never told this at check-in. my bathtub - at checking in - had brown dirt ring around the entire tub. Gross. Disgusting. Will never stay at this place again. And will tell everyone i know that the hotel is just not clean. I have pictures of this disgusting bathroom. Paris Hilton commercials are great, but that is all. Stayed in Hilton in Shreveport in December - same thing. Rude Check-In clerk - Sherria. she should be removed from front desk. A total of 5 nights with 2 rooms between the two hotels. I am not going to stay in a Hilton. Just terrible - filthy - rude.
