Guacamole was ok, but not great. Pollo Al Queso was gross, queso tasted more like gravy than queso. Refried beans were good, rice was horrible.

We had been once before shortly after it opened. We weren't super impressed. However, we typically give everything two tries. We were wanting Mexican and didn't want the same old thing so I thought let's try Madres again. We couldn't remember why we didn't love it the first so gave it a shot. It was fantastic. The chips and queso are excellent. All our meals were wonderful. It's a new favorite!
Showed no sense in care for the restaurant as well as customers. All workers stood in the back to gossip the whole time. Then I received static over my form of ID. Eventually I had to show my medical insurance for proof of ID And we only got drinks, no food. The lack of complicity and effort shown in the restraunt explains the no customers and 3 star average review.

I really enjoy Madre's. Their queso is fantastic. On our last visit I had the crab and shrimp enchiladas which I thoroughly enjoyed. Great place, we will be back.

This place is way understated for what it is, previously a steak house the environment is very classy and perfectly arranged. Service is always very attentive. The food is always very good and well seasoned. I have been here at least five times. I highly recommend this place for a date or a place for a small gathering. The prices are very good. Happy to support this business. The reviews on this are ridiculous; do not believe them unless they’re 4 stars or higher. You’ll love it. ?

Sorry, it's been awhile and I haven't been back. The reason is not the service or food. Those were both quite excellent. What seemed to be lacking was a cozy, warm atmosphere. Now granted, in Tulsa summer heat, maybe that's a good thing?!

Let me just say their social media manager is phenomenal and that is why we decided to try here. But sadly-that is where the goodness stopped.Uneven tables (first was so bad we requested another that was better but still wobbly)Margaritas were not made correctly to the menus description so asked to be remade. Still mediocre at best.There were 4 of us and our food came out in rounds-not all at once.It appears that they serve whatever they have, and not what you actually order from the menu. My sides were different from what the menu said, and my friend ordered Carnitas and was served pork belly. When she brought it to the managers attention, they said they were out of Carnitas, so just replaced it . They did this without ever asking if that was OK with her. The food that we were served was room temp to warm. Nothing was actually hot.We were so sad because we had really been looking forward to trying this place based on their Instagram
