main event are thieves of joy and they steal from employees, do not go here unless you like terrible companies that abuse their workers
Do not go to this main event, they messed up our bill so bad that it took over an hour to sort out for 11 people, they overcharged several credit cards! They completely left off one of our food orders and received the meal about 30 minutes after everyone was done eating. We got 6 game cards and none of them were activated, and it took them 30 minutes to get the game cards fixed. I really hate making bad reviews on places…we come here often because we live close by. Many many of the games aren’t working and there’s no out of order signs on any games. Most the staff aren’t helpful and can’t even have a conversation with you. Super disappointed and a complete money pit. We won’t be going back. I really wish this place was better.
