A lot of the games don't work and are too close together

Pickle fries were very salty a few games were broken that we wanted to play

Customer service is horrible at the pizza place, the lady was so rude, overwhelmed I’m assuming with all the field trip kids, but if you’re going to be rude because it’s busy you shouldn’t be working at a place like this.

The lady running the cash register needs some customer service training.

She wouldn’t sell pizza by the slice to me because it wasn’t the weekend, but I was with the field trip, made no sense.

I would never come back here.

Non-existent service, mediocre food, Loud atmosphere not able to visit kids like a state fair midway

I had a mixed experience at Main Event Tulsa. While the activities were a lot of fun—laser tag was exciting, and bowling was a great time—the service in the dining area left a lot to be desired.

Despite it being a fairly slow night, our waitress took an unusually long time to check on our table, which made the dining experience frustrating. The food itself was okay, but the slow service definitely took away from the overall enjoyment.

That said, if you’re going for the entertainment, it’s a solid spot for a fun night out. Just don’t expect top-tier service when it comes to food.

The food was good. The service wasn't. More than half the games aren't working and earning tickets is a waste of time and energy. Save money and have more fun and go to Dave and busters!

Really disappointed by this place. A good chunk of the games are broken, but you only learn that after you swipe your card.

I took my son and his friend for my son’s 14th birthday and everything was great, except the employees. More than once the boys were treated poorly by being yelled at and being spoken down to. They still had fun but wanted to leave 30 minutes before we had to because of the way they were treated. I saw an employee in the doorway of the laser tag entrance yell at them and point them out because they wanted to ask how to sign up to play. They’re kids. Be kind.

I absolutely love this place! It's a go to! It's perfect for a fun family activity. Also for a fun date night. Their food is so good no matter what I get, definitely worth the money. I would say the price for the activities is pretty reasonable. Bowling there is super fun!!

Awesome place from the food to the games all the workers are amazing your work does not go unnoticed

Food is good and the bowling is fine. It's $6 for mac and cheese which you won't get for 20 minutes. Which I ate in 5 bites
Overpriced and a good amount of the games don't work right
