Ordered pizza and it took 2hrs to be delivered and I live not even three minutes from this place and pizza was cold took pizza back for refund and employee has bad attitude and very disrespectful, most definitely will not be using Marco for our weekly pizza
I placed an order through the APP earlier today for an XL Deluxe and an XL All Meat. I picked them up and what I received was an XL Deluxe and an XL Pepperoni and Black Olive. The Deluxe was fine but the Pepperoni and Black Olive left much to be desired. Maybe not for the person who ordered it but definitely for me. I have ordered here several times in the past with no problem but had been trying other places recently. I ordered from Marco’s today because it is close and simple to order from the APP. If I order from here again I will definitely know to check to make sure the order is correct before I leave.

Go online and place your order, put down about 20 minutes and usually leave my house after place my order and they have it ready. This has got to be the best pizza I've had since Jamestown, New York. Night shift has got it going on in that kitchen. Everything they put on that pie, suggested or not, are what a fat man's dreams are made of. I will absolutely come crawling back to this location like an addict every time I'm in town and hungry. Thanks again for a great dinner and even better experience at Marco's Pizza.

It took an hour and fifteen minutes for our pizza to show up. When we finally received it, we opened the box and it was nothing but a pile of grease. When the guy showed up, he was on his phone messing around. And I walked out to him and he got startled when he saw me. Very disappointed and will never ever ever order from these people again. And neither should you. They get zero stars. But unfortunately in order for me to post this I have to put one.

If I could give this dump a 0 rating i would. Called for a delivery of a medium pepperoni pizza, waited an hour only for the place to call back saying they knocked and nobody was home. I was near my front door the entire wait from when I made the call to when I got a call from them. No one knocked on my door. The driver didn't even bother to call the number I gave them to check the address. When they called back and asked if I could pick it up I went there and the kid that was working the register couldn't even count change. Poor service, dishonest people, and very mid food.

My order was 20 minutes late and when I called and asked them they said it was on the way. I asked if they were going to do something for my trouble and they said when the driver leaves he will bring coupons (so they lied and pizza wasn’t even on the way). I asked the lady if I could speak to a manager and she said thank you and hung up on me.
I went in and ordered a sub when it came time to pay, it was declined to my embarrassment for some reason. After trying numerous times, Johnny gave me my sub, and wished me a merry Christmas, he was so sweet and couldn't see me walking back home with no food, Johnny is an asset to your establishment and he is an angel, that's why their wings are on their backs, so they don't know. Great food, great staff, thank you Johnny

12/1/23 @ 7:16pm The young man that was the cashier was very polite tonight and thats why I given the 5 star for service but everyone else that work tonight that was making the pizza and the lady that was placing pizza in boxes was very rude when I requested everyone to wear their gloves cause they were just touching everything and wiping their hands on their clothes and a young man came in from outside an started making pizza without washing his hands nor put on gloves which I thought was very nasty and can cause someone get very sick and i shouldn't have to watch the employees make my pizza cause they're mad cause i asked to wear gloves which cause I work in the health field as an nurse and that's why I rated a 3 star as well but the pizza was very good.

Ordered pizza last night. One and a half hours for delivery, pizza tasted like dog food, called to cancel my order. They said they would. Pizza is the worst I have ever had, wife thinks it is the he best in world, my opinion is it is pig slop I will never eat Marcos again as the rest of pizza world. The trash

I have no idea what has happened with Marco’s Pizza within the last couple of months. But the service and food quality has gone downhill. Highly disappointed! I said it before ‘ I will not be ordering from there again’ and I will stand on that. Posted pictures of the pizza they just delivered that looks like he dropped it. Ridiculous!
