Always friendly staff and great service. The wait can be a little long during peak times, so I’d definitely recommend ordering ahead if you can. Their website is super accurate with timing, which makes pickup easy. We’re big fans of the “Lite” crust — it’s our go-to every time!
Horrible phone service! Previous 2 orders w coupon successful. Most recent order made with no cooperation or concessions on price etc. No completed order.
Absolutely love this place everybody is always so friendly & they know exactly what I want when i walk in the door. My food is always good. Love the food & workers keep up the good work!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Marco's Pizza on Sheridan in Tulsa. I placed an order through their website, which directed me to order using one of four delivery options; I chose Uber Eats, as it was a service Marco’s Pizza provided directly on their website. Unfortunately, the delivery was hours late, and the pizza arrived cold and unappetizing. My kids were upset and hungry, as we had planned on a timely dinner before their early start for school the next day.
I initially tried to resolve the issue with Uber Eats, but they directed me to contact Marco's Pizza directly since they were not responsible for the food quality. The following day, I called and spoke with Tabitha, the manager. Rather than offering any support or assistance, she was dismissive and unwilling to help address the situation. She seemed uninterested in providing any solutions or considering my concerns about the poor experience.
For a business, especially in today’s economy, I would expect customer service to be a priority. This experience left me feeling unvalued and dismissed. Spending nearly $40 for a single pizza and receiving no assistance or courtesy to rectify the situation is disappointing. It's clear from this experience that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority here. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope this feedback helps inform others considering a visit.

I've never wanted to #@$% someone up more over a pizza til today. I literally called this place and told the woman I had spoke to I ordered an order through doordash, and it's been reassigned to like 3 different dashers, which tells me it's stolen (I've been a dasher for 6 years). Long story short, after an hour of waiting and then calling Marco's and then calling doordash to finally make sure the order got remade to be delivered instead of reassigned by 200 dashers (exaggeration), the chicken Florentine pizza i ordered FINALLY got remade supposedly. Only problem, is it got a cheese pizza. With a side of bbq sauce. Thanks Marco's. Super grateful. I ate it anyways, and then made this review. Thank you so much for having an option for reviews and giving me the service you gave me. Absolutely mesmerized.
Wouldn’t hand out pizza to 3rd party without hot bag? So I guess no pizza is better? Dont go here.

The pizza was mostly fine, breadsticks left something to be desired, but I cannot believe how long it took for our food to arrive. 45 minutes from a place that was 5 minutes away. At least 30 minutes past the stated delivery time. I love Marcos, but we will not order from this location again.

Went off peak to get pizzas. The pizzas were great. The guy who attended to us, not so. He was attending to some crisis and was flustered and terse with us. We had to wait to pay cos he was on the phone.

The atmosphere and communications within the employees are crucial. The turnover rate is high, as well as the employees every time I go in any store. Stores such as Sheridan in Tulsa have experienced contamination and putting wrong labels on food. As well as robberies within their own company's employees. Disorganized and messy. Such poor food management is the reason I prefer to cook my own food.

Pizza hot and fresh and delicious But didn't know the fiery sausage since i only ordered the fiery pep before that it came with onions and peppers i assume since it was just sausage not a sausage supreme ewww so i had to dig all those out since I wasn't the only one eating and had to divide the pizza I had no choice but I wish it was more clearer I never had to order a sausage Pizza and say no onions or peppers and the amount of sausage with almost non-existent but the pepperoni was super delicious with plenty of pepperoni
