We went on a Saturday and the restaurant was not busy around 4:00 p.m. We were seated promptly and our waitress was amazing. The downside was the food had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and it was the bland of sandwich I have literally ever eaten in my entire life. The Bun was dry and crumbly and the lettuce was brown. The french fries were cold and floppy. The mister got a fish and chips and his french fries were also floppy but he said his fish was hot and crispy. He said the tartar sauce tasted like pickles and water and the coleslaw had absolutely no flavor. The food at this establishment has definitely went downhill over the years and today was our last visit there.

I'm a parrothead, I had to stop in. Last night the food was terrible and the drinks were not worth the money. I gave them one more try today. They wouldn't give us a booth, one was vacant. We sat there for a very long time. No one said boo, much less took a drink order or food order. A table of six was seated way after us. No sooner did they get their menu, the server was there getting a drink order.

We visited Margaritaville at River Spirit Casino this afternoon. Everything was great including the drinks, atmosphere and food. Our server Damon was amazing, we didn't have to ask for anything he just brought everything we needed automatically. Great experience and we will definitely be back.

The food was mediocre frozen whatever. No flavor whatsoever on anything. No seasonings? Jimmy buffet would be disappointed. But that’s typical in large corporate restaurants these days. Crap food for too expensive. Alright that’s okay. What makes me mad is 5 min after my food hits the table I’m receiving my check. No asking of if I want another drink which mine was empty and I DID want more but since they handed me my check I guess it was time to go. Stop doing that!! I’m so tired of paying to go out to eat to get rushed out the door literally 15 min later. There was only about 6 tables in the whole place filled. I didn’t need to be rushed out. I was going to stay for a few drinks but we got rushed out so no. A two hour drive to enjoy ourselves and have fun turned into maybe 30 min of whatever that was. Not okay! Also, my husbands drink had A LOT of liquor in it and mine had ZERO. kind of weird and ridiculous given the price per drink. If I wanted a glass of fruit juice I would’ve went to Jamba Juice.
My last trip to Tulsa was a necessity and I needed a place to stay . Luckily I had a coupon from the River Spirit Hotel and Casino. The management was nice enough to turn my two one-night stays into a two night stay. That was unexpected and very much appreciated. Plus, I bought another night. We have stayed at this hotel many times and we look forward to coming back again.

We had relocated from Tulsa years ago and have just moved back. We were delighted that Tulsa had gained a Margaritaville having seen them in our travels. The food, service and atmosphere were amazing and the menu prices for food and cocktails are reasonable at this location.

Will definitely not be back. Have tried it twice. First time wasn't impressed. So thought we give it a second chance. Order a cheese burger. Luckily I cut it in half. Order it well done. Was bloody. That being said had to wait for a second burger.We didn't even get to eat together. No offer to even take anything off our bill.
