Where do I even start? The service at this place deserves a solid 0/10. We were left sitting forever, with long gaps between check-ins, and I had to literally stand up to flag down a waitress just for a soda refill. By the time dessert came around, I was half expecting to get a new nickname: “that guy who keeps chasing the staff around the restaurant.”
Speaking of dessert, the timing of the food is a joke. Our plates arrived completely randomly, with about 45 minutes between the first and last plate. We ordered two cheesecakes and two chocolate cakes and somehow ended up with one of each. Sure, maybe there’s a language barrier, and yes, maybe it’s my fault for not speaking Spanish, but c’mon — even a toddler could’ve gotten that right.
The food itself? Meh. Honestly, I could have done better at home — and for the price, I definitely should have. The shrimp? Barely prepped, borderline lazy. My son’s burger? Had a piece of crab shell in the cheese. I don’t even know how that happens. And if I’m being honest, I am pretty sure this place gave me the runs. So there’s that.
If gratuity hadn’t already been included, it would have been a big fat zero. Funny story later, but wildly horrible experience in the moment. Would not recommend unless you enjoy extreme patience tests, random food roulette, and stomach surprises.

I give this 1 star because the food was ok, but the service is a huge negative. They treated my party of 6 like we were inconveniencing them by being there. We watched people that sat after us get their orders started before us... which meant people that came after us got their food before us.
The food came to our table in waves.
1st Meal - 30 minutes after we arrived 2nd & 3rd Meal - 10 minutes later 4th meal - 5 minutes later 5th meal - 10 minutes later
You might be wondering where the 6th meal went. So did we.
Three people from my party went to the bar to check on the last meal and we kept getting the runaround. Eventually we were pissed and weren't being polite to anyone at that point. The meal eventually came just before they gave us the check for the table.

The music is to loud to hear. They give every meal a salad with no dressing. Had 6 in a party we all got our food out at different times 30 min apart. No server will check on u once u have ur food. I tried the food off everyone’s plate. Shrimp was good nothing else big plates full of random food like chips and dry salads

Service was horrible, throwing plates on the table very bad attitudes towards me and my group of friends. Drink advertisement was a scam, on the menu they have all these pretty decorations, but when you get the glass, there’s nothing on it as far as rimming leaves and cherries. Drinks 2/10 didn’t even eat the food due to the hostility from waitresses. Will never return

We went at 3:30pm on a Monday. The food was soooo good! The portions were HUGE! The service was great!
The food and drinks here were absolutely incredible, I would have had several more drinks/appetizers if given the opportunity though- just didn't see the server enough to ask. Everyone was perfectly nice just needed more opportunities to order something else!
