Gary gave outstanding customer service from the minute I walked in there until the time I left. The food was very delicious and hot and the salad was very very delicious. I would definitely go to this location again just because of the great food and the outstanding customer service that Gary gave me.

We were coming back from taking our grandkids tubing and it was just my husband and I and my brother left who needed to eat and to get a cheese pizza for my husband's mother. They told us 15 minutes for pickup. We got there and waited another 20 minutes and we were 15 minutes late getting there. I was walking in with my card to get a refund and she handed me the three pizzas. A cheese, and two six meat pizza. This was Saturday, the 9th of August, Mazzio, at 11th and Garnett, Tulsa, Oklahoma, now it is Tuesday, August 12, and my husband, my blind brother, and I have had horrible diarrhea ever since eating the pizza. Thank goodness my 78 year old mother-in-law ate cheese pizza or I'm sure she would be in the hospital. DO NOT EAT AT THE MAZZIO AT 11TH AND GARNETT IN TULSA OKLAHOMA. We are truly scared to eat at any Mazzio again.

Are the lunch buffet. Gentleman at the counter gave amazing customer service! He checked on us a couple times and took our empty plates. Food was fresh and delicious!

(edit 06/25/2025) went in today for lunch not a good visit, most of the tables were dirty was there for 45 minutes and had to constantly wait for pizza to be put out on the buffet i heard an employee tell another customer they were working on a big order so the I guess that means the customers in store get screwed. my coworker and i definitely did not get our monies worth and i imagine the other customers felt the same way there were about 20 customers in the dining room staring at the lackluster buffet we probably will not be back for awhile

It took me 30 minutes to get through the drive through. No one came to the window. I drove around and went to go inside. No one was helping the line of people in the store either. When I pulled up there was employees outside just hanging out. Pizza was cold and nasty by the time I got it. Do not ever go to this location

Pizza arrived super fast but was somehow cold. My location in only a little over a mile away. There's no way for a pizza to get cold that quickly if it is fresh. So, I am going to assume that it is not fresh. Also asked for contactless delivery and had someone come to my door anyways. At least the 2 liter of Sprite was cold. 🙄

Calizone texture was good but barely any toppings filled inside each piece had 2 thin pepperonis & a pinch of cheese.. My bigger disappointment & dissatisfaction was the cheese dippers order within this last 2 years. The bottom crust was not fully golden & crispy like they should be in that carmalized texture way. I barely taste any cheese even its just bread, NOT crispy flavored crust but regular tasting baked bread. I do NOT pay 30$ for poor food quality that tastes like it came from the freezers of a grocery store! Been placing the same order for over 8 years, i know how it should look and taste. Decrease the prices too if you're going to keep decreasing ingredients and satisfaction!! Food industry is doing terrible these days. How are they not ashamed by this?! #Make food satisfying again #Quality&worth
