We tried the buffet on Tuesday Night we we arrived we about $49.00 for 3 children and two adults one we received our cups we notice it was not any ice, the food was also not appetizing an the pepperoni was swimming in grease MY nieces only ate a few bread sticks and banana peppers. I requested to speak with a manager and it seemed the food came out even worst and the manager stated he didn't charge us for drinks when infact he did, I did explain to the manager the food was horrible and we did not enjoy our time there completely a waste of money we will never return. The manager didn't offer and discount money back or anything so we left without eating and paying almost $50 dollars. The pictures I have don't do any justice the visit was horrible.

I really like the Mazzio's buffet. It is only M-F during lunch hours and Tuesdays for dinner. Sometimes I like to eat in, but if you just want to grab something quick, they will provide you with takeout boxes as well.

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 11:29am and it is now 1:00 and we still have not received our food. When I called customer service they were very rude like it was my fault my food wasn’t delivered. I will never order from this Mazzio’s again and will be ordering from Marcos Pizza in the future.

Although they ran out of cinnaboli which is what I ordered, I can't help but praise the manager and that tall white guy in the kitchen that knows my name. The manager asked me what I needed and I couldn't afford more than the cinnaboli I ordered. Cost didn't matter, he made me a fantastic pizza the way I wanted. And in addition to that, when he brought it out to me he said it was on him,,free,, And on top of that, the guy in the kitchen called me by name to make sure I was alright and thanked me for my business. I'm just so touched. Cinnaboli is my regular order here and it's fantastic but I'm going to order even more often when able. And if it isn't an excellent example of the charitable holiday spirit shown by this, then I don't know what the spirit is about. God bless y'all at Mazzio's E 11Th and Garnett Rd. Tulsa Oklahoma

Ordered online for pickup. For some reason they closed the lobby. Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. Horrible.
The people were very kind and nice although the first time I came right at 15 minutes from my order and they had me wait another 10 min in my car unfortunately it was very cold that night almost like they started making my pizza when I got there lol but the second time I came 30 minutes after my order and I had to ring the bell 3 times for then to come to the window the gentleman was very kind and nice without him this place would be getting one star

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The service and atmosphere were both outstanding. The food, especially the pizza and wings, was absolutely delicious. What I loved most was the salad bar; it had everything I wanted for my salad. A good dining experience overall!
