So I had a delivery order yesterday,i didn’t receivehad try calling customer they the first person i talk to the phone got disconnected so called them again right,the lady said she couldn’t do a refund or remake so she was gonna send food credit on the app , ok that’s fine ,waited 10 min there wasn’t no food credit so called again and told the lady she said she didn’t see my order nd she was gonna call the store I’m on hold and the phone hung up right called again and the said They said they declined me basically a refund or credit or remake,when I spent 40$ and have kids to feed and there said there nun they can do

I bought a “hand tossed” supreme medium pizza. I got it straight out of the oven! By the time I got home(less than a mile away) the crust was “sogged out”!! Why you ask? Because the dough on the bottom of the pizza was thinner than a thin crust pizza. The perimeter crust looked just like a “hand tossed”. But not the bottom!! I guess “Shrinkflation” rears its ugly head on pizzas now!! Is nothing exempt!!

Pizza is as thin as paper and there’s virtually no sauce. Thought it was a fluke but third time and you’re out. Time to look for another pizza joint.

Be Aware! This evening I ordered a taco pizza for my kids. They apparently changed the way they serve the taco pizza if you are carrying out or delivering. Now, you get a sausage pizza and a cold salad on the side that you are expected to put on the pizza to create a taco pizza. I ordered a cooked taco pizza and received this instead and was not told until it was too late as I was picking up the food and did not have a backup alternative for dinner. Will not use again, not just this location but any other.

Pizza was really bad for how much I paid. Mazzios used to be a decent deal for the money but more than $30 for two medium pizzas was crazy. The quality of the food was pretty terrible and I was surprised at how small the pizzas were.

They don’t follow instructions at this location, so if you edit your order, say light sauce, light cooked, don’t expect to get what you order. They put more sauce than toppings and nearly burn the crust. It was rock hard and I had to remove the toppings to scrape most of the nasty sauce off to make it edible. It has happened more than a few times, so it wasn’t just a one off kind of deal. It doesn’t matter if it’s earlier in the day, evening, or at night it’s still not made correctly. It’s utterly pointless to put what you are wanting done, because they literally do not listen. I have an autistic kid that won’t eat just anything, and if it’s not done according to directions, what’s the point? It was a waste of money all 3 times. I will never order from this location again.
I’m HIGHLY disgusted by this place first and foremost I ordered a 15 piece wing and they LOOK LIKE CHICKEN NUGGETS not even wings. I live 5 minutes from the store and it took them over an hour to bring it. My bf actually got REALLY SICK from eating this food. It’s unsanitary the workers there are disgusting like close this place down or give me a refund immediately

The guy that works in there is always so friendly and in a good mood. I’m sorry I don’t know his name by now. I just wanted to leave a good review cause it’s so hot outside today and I looked at the thermostat in there while picking up my calzone and it said 86 degrees! And he was still in a good mood. Give this guy a raise or some AC!
