Great pizza
This location is carryout only. I ordered a sandwich at the counter they forgot my side of ranch which was the only sauce I wanted for my sandwich. Can't get a hold of anyone at the branch to get it fixed. Food wasn't horrible but not as good as I was hoping it would be

I arrived a few minutes after the pick-up time and was told part of my order had been grabbed up by a delivery driver and that he should be back in 5 minutes so I was told to wait for the driver to get back with my cinnaboli, after 10 minutes the driver got back but he did not have the missing cinnaboli. The person that had told me to wait came out and said he would now remake the cinnaboli since the driver didn't have it. So waiting another 15 minutes he brought out my order when I got home the cinnaboli was half cooked. I will not be recommending Mazzio pizza anymore.

I've been back and forth with this Mazzio's 41st and Garrnet tulsa OK for a while about delivering food to my house nobody could give me a coherent answer on to why they wouldn't deliver the food with managers and higher ups... About a month ago they delivered now today at my worst that i'm paralyzed complete in a wheelchair with a stage 3 bed sore "bed ridin" they said we will not deliver to that house i told them about my position not even a drop of remorse this store needs work so bad i do hope the right people read this... Not a post out of anger... It's just sad people can be treated this way from a well known business

I walked in the entrance and the guy working mouthed something. I said he and he said and I quote “ go outside get back in your car and go through the drive through. Dine in is closed” as a former mazzios employee my manger would have rote me up for speaking to a customer this way. I’m exceptable.

This 39th & Garnett location always seems to get it right. The right crisp, the
right well-done-ness!!! I really appreciate Robin for her kind and courteous service today.

Normally I get ok food at this location. This last food service was disappointing. The pizza was not fresh, the crust was rubbery. The boneless chicken wings were old. I have to put this spot on my list.

Sometimes they'll take a bit longer to get the food out, but I tend to go during lunch hour so I understand the longer wait occasionally. They always make up for it though and the drivers are super friendly.

Received the wrong order. Frustrating when you leave a tip. Called and the call center was closed.
They offered to Make my food free so I accepted the offer It took another 2 hours. I ordered the food around 11. It's about to be two hours Since I ordered the food
I just received my order. I waited 65 minutes just to receive the wrong order. I'm highly upset because I haven't eaten anything all day. Then if this was my order I still would be upset fries are cold. I want be ordering from mazzios again. I rarely eat from mazzios and now I see why.
Update: Called customer service and they had them send it back out. Only for it STILL to be wrong. I asked for mild wings and I just got wings. Please don't waste your time at this location or Mazzios at all. Just a joke.

I don’t know if there’s been a change in staff but this location is always late when delivering. This problem started in the last few months. 30-40 minute delivery time is more like 60-90 minutes or more. And the location is within a mile. It shouldn’t take that long. And they take 0 accountability for the late delivery.
