Slowest establishment I’ve ever been too. Preordered my food so I didn’t have to wait and still waited 15 minutes after showing up. Then I got charged for a second ranch I had to prove I paid for just to get it.

Just after lunch time I scheduled a delivery for 5:30, it's now 6:25 and I've received three e-mails (48, 20, and 5 minutes ago) saying the order has left the store, but no pizza has arrived. The store is less than a mile away with one stoplight on the route.
Edit: Original order was on April 2, 2025. Delivery driver told me they would comp the charge. As of April 10, they have not. Have not responded to their Google Review bots. If the guy down the street, in charge of the place, can't make it right; why should I waste time just so their help line can give me 'store credit' for another order that will arrive late and cold.

I ordered a cheese pizza with 2 ranch sides. I got home with a pepperoni pizza with 1 ranch side. So, I decided to return the pizza. The staff could not have cared less. I stood in line with a pizza in my hand for 10+ minutes trying to return the wrong order. When I got to the cashier I didn’t get an “I’m sorry” or a “what happened?” Or a “let me fix that for you” I got no sort of customer service. She just said “ok” and turned around to go find the manager (I’m assuming). When the manager came over he did not even attempt to figure out or fix the situation. Just a “did you pay card or cash?” And a refund. Just tried to get me out of there asap it seemed like. I wanted to get the correct pizza I ordered and a little bit of an apology or at least an attempt to make things right, but I did not get any of that. It was Very disappointing and very frustrating! It is just really maddening to go to a pizza place that I really love and they can’t even show me common courtesy, much less customer service to make sure that the order is right and I leave happy. A simple “I’m sorry” would have gone a long way. I guess that is too much to ask for!
