Ive had to call customer service 3 times . 1. Because my food was way late . When the food arrived it was cold and the pizza was missing some Ingredients. 2. I didn't receive a couple items . When I called they said they'd send it right over. Hours later I called back about my missing product . Im still waiting on customer service and the store to come up with a solution. Either my money back for the missing products or the product .

I've been coming to this place for years now. It just seems like it gets worse every time I stop in. I've been multiple times to eat the lunch buffet, and I'm having to wait 20 minutes before I eat. It's poorly managed, and they don't have enough people. When it's good, it's good, but when it's bad, it's just downright awful. If you want a lunch buffet, you better get here quick, or you won't be eating.

There was a little longer wait than expected, but they were busy and it was dinnertime, so that was reasonable. The food and service was both great though! The server was friendly and polite, then my food was piping hot and delicious! Great job!!

My boyfriend and I have placed multiple online pick up orders here, arrived at the designated time, only to be left waiting 20-45 minutes PAST our pick up time. It seems like this Mazzio’s is either understaffed, doesn’t train their employees well, or has employees who don’t value anybody’s time. All that has even been offered to compensate for the insane wait time is a free SMALL fountain drink. Don’t order here if you want your food within the hour of your pick up time.

Worst mazzio's I've ever eaten at! Service was horrible, they never cleaned the tables we waited am hour for them to get the food right. And they were being very unprofessional loud enough for the whole dining area to hear it. Would NEVER recommend this place!

I ordered a large pizza for delivery I paid over 20.00 for the worst pizza ever it was like eating a piece of leather I called to complain and was put on hold after 15 min. waiting I hung up I will never purchase from them again what a joke BEWARE they are going down hill.

Our family had Christmas Eve pizza at this location last evening. There were 13 of us and they were so courteous, kind, attentive and accommodating!! Hands down one of our best Christmas Eve pizza traditions to date! Thank you for making it special!!

Didn't have cheese or veggie pizza for vegeterians. They had about 8 pizzas and all meat but I asked and they did ring some up.
When we arrived, there was a long line and NO pizzas. The salad bar has no toppings filled. The employees were focusing on To Go Orders and never bothered with the bars. After everything in the store calmed down, new pizzas were not put on the pizza bar. Looking in the back, they are focused on easy prep work with no effort put towards filling the food for the buffets.

Ordered a medium the works from the 51st and Union location ,pizza and cinnamon sticks, they said it would be ready in 20 minutes, it took over thirty minutes, the pizza, when I got the it looked like something a 2 year old through together, or a disgruntled employee trying to run customers off, which it did. The pizza wasn't even round, had huge indentation on one side, 2 inches of crust showing on all sides, less than a table spoon of toppings, and over cooked, hard as a rock .They did refund my money, because I returned it. Done with Mazzios.

Terrible service. Rude manager. Food isn’t as good as it used to be. Not clean. They screwed up my last 3 orders. I ordered from them last week and they delivered the pizza wet. Did not even deliver today, but said they attempted to deliver. I was sitting close to my door. They never attempted delivery. They tried to say I gave them the wrong address. Then said they had an order to call before delivery. I’ve NEVER requested that. Will not order from them again. They have lost a consistent customer.
