The first two pictures show the pizza I originally received, and the third picture is the corrected pizza after I called and complained.
When I got home, I immediately noticed something was wrong. The pizza was cut at strange angles, making it look like slices were taken out — possibly to eat. This was supposed to be a large pizza, but it looked like someone helped themselves.
After discussing it with my family, I decided to call and ask for a replacement. I explained the situation politely, but the operator accused me of lying and insisted their employees “don’t have time to be messing with the food like that.” Instead of offering good customer service, they made me feel like I was at fault.
Eventually, they remade the pizza, but the entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. A simple mistake could have been corrected without the accusations and attitude. I won’t be ordering here again.

Spent 80$ on a 3 large pizzas, spaghetti with sauce only, 2 salads and a sprite. I was asked to arrive 35 minutes later and proceeded to wait 25-30 more. The man tried to throw all the order at me. I asked for my drink and he was like yeah it's there. So I drive to the parking lot amd park to check my food amd receipt. Was not given my receipt or sprite. So waited at the door and as a delivery driver came out I explained and she retrieved the soda and called it a day. Not very responsible or accountable here. Very dirty inside,no one had gloves or hair nets!!!!! Very rude customee service. Will return to the 31st and Sheridan location,they NEVER disappoint and ALWAYS feel like family here!!

We got the LOADED peperolies. The plain pepperoni ones are good but these, much better and awesome with their ranch dip.
Already emailed customer service. Food is never ready when estimated and when you finally get it, it’s not the quality it should be or used to be. I waited for 30 more minutes than predicted and somehow the food was ice cold when finally given to me? And they gave me a small and medium instead of two mediums like I paid for.

Ordered the family feast and my food was undercooked. Cheese wasn’t even melted. The cinnamon sticks were not edible at all. The food was cold and this was all after waiting 45 minutes for the food. My dog wouldn’t even eat it.

Bought a family meal deal for 32$. Got a calzone, a pizza , loaded dippers. The Calzone was small. The pizza I ordered bannana peppers but only got like 7 on the hole pizza. The driver forgot my ranch. The food tasted like carboard. Only good one was the loaded dippers. The size and the quality of the food has gone to the gutter. You lost a loyal customer been ordering from this place from 2019 I miss when the Calzones was aleast decent sized, 17$ for it to be small

Place an order for delivery. Requested "no contact, ring doorbell" Bianca S. Insisted on knocking on my door instead until I yelled at her that it's non contact. She left the receipt on the box, and it clearly says "no contact, ring doorbell"
Why the hell am I tipping her 15 percent for if she's not even going to follow directions? I basically paid her to piss me off. It was already 30 or so minutes late too.
