Ordered Thai chili wings there was barely any sauce on them it was just basically chicken nuggets My fries were hard The only thing that was decent was the cheese pizza and that tipped 50% to the delivery driver she seemed rude and ungrateful

We ordered a penne with meatballs, paid online lady came to door said we hadn’t paid , my husband called me and by time I walked to door she had got in her jeep and drive off. We didn’t get the food

The first two pictures show the pizza I originally received, and the third picture is the corrected pizza after I called and complained.
When I got home, I immediately noticed something was wrong. The pizza was cut at strange angles, making it look like slices were taken out — possibly to eat. This was supposed to be a large pizza, but it looked like someone helped themselves.
After discussing it with my family, I decided to call and ask for a replacement. I explained the situation politely, but the operator accused me of lying and insisted their employees “don’t have time to be messing with the food like that.” Instead of offering good customer service, they made me feel like I was at fault.
Eventually, they remade the pizza, but the entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. A simple mistake could have been corrected without the accusations and attitude. I won’t be ordering here again.
