My cousin and I ordered Pizza and wings from this location and got food poisoning. I have ordered from the 51st street location in Tulsa Oklahoma and the food was really good and we never got sick. We recommend that if you want to have a good experience try the 51st street location. We can't speak for all locations but we can for these 2.

Ordered pizza from here for delivery never recieved it. My kids went to bed hungry it was late and that's all the money I had at the time. Called to get my money back and they say I have to go to the store and talk to the manager . I dont have a car to get there. Wont give a direct phone number to the store. I order from here quite often. Never had a problem till now . I just want my money back or bring me the order I had placed.

Wow, im absolutely blown away and super happy about how good this pizza was from here, I mean they know how to make a pie at this location, ill give them that! However, they don't tend to be very friendly and well... I'd say poor customer service and rather rude, so unfortunately I'll have to stick with 2 stars, doesn't matter how good your food is, bad customer service is the fastest way to lose business...

I'm giving the Pepperollies five stars. They're nicely light like a roll should be with pepperoni and cheese plus a dipping sauce. I like them without sauce. (Red sauce or ranch dressing.) Depending on how long they cook them, the bottoms are kind of caramelized. Either way, they're good. Six is a lot for one, but I can handle it. You'd need a big appetite to put down a dozen. I live close to the store, so I always pick up. If they say 20 minutes, be there in 10. If it's not ready, it will be soon and you'll take it home hot as long as you don't flip it open and start on the rolls on the drive back.
They didn’t give me my complete order and he brookie was beyond hard. I called and they said they would replace the brookie and ranch it’s been over an hour and a half and haven’t received it. I’m just getting the run around. I’ve asked for a refund on the complete order and they won’t do it.

The system was down and only found out after I placed my order online. I understand that. But instead of telling me to call 20 minutes an hour after the order was placed and then another 30 minutes you could of taken my name and number down and say unfortunately we do not know how long with will take for our system to come back online, but we will call you as soon as it does. That would been more professional then jerking me around.

Placed a no-contact delivery order which was placed on my patio and picked up a minute or so after the driver was gone. Box had ants in it. My patio has no ants.When I called to report this they told me because it was no-contact they wouldn’t do anything.Guess who’s calling the health inspector in the morning :)Store is INFESTED with ants — don’t order from here.
