The food is good but don't come at lunch and order to go. We waited over 20 minutes and had to ask for our food and then wait for them to find it. I think they put our pizza out on the buffet. I would have asked for compensation but they are notorious for not paying. They promised us a $3 credit over a year ago that has never appeared.
UPDATE: The general manager seen this and got in touch with me. Not only did she give me a credit but I also believe she spoke to her team because the next order I received was outstanding and exactly what I was used to when I would dine in. Thank you Mazzios for restoring my faith in the quality of food companies are delivery today!!! Ok Mazzios, where is the rest of my pasta? So my wife ordered through door dash this evening because I’m feeling a bit under the weather, (allergies)....
We had a wonderful experience at Mazzios! We stopped in for lunch and we were helped by a lovely young woman named Kayli. She was very helpful and informative. Definitely would go back!
