I went to McAlister’s I ordered 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich without tomatoe. I received my order at 7:28 by the time I got back to the house, it was 740. I went to a bite into the sandwich and it was so hard I decided to take the sandwich back . I immediately turned around went back to the restaurant it was now about 750. I went to show the cashier who waited on me how hard the bread was by attempting to bite into the sandwich and it broke my bottom plate. She went to get the assistant manager Virgil is his name. He tried to tell me the sandwich was made over an hour ago, but my receipt said 7:28pm. I became very angry because he was trying to patronize me and not take ownership. My bottom plate is now BROKE. The cashier was sweet, I asked for corporate number he refused to give me the number.

Drove 20min to pick up my order, they seal it so I trusted them to have the order correct. 20min back home, turns out I’m missing an entree with the side.

I call and ask to speak to the manager and the gentlemen said that they had a “technical error” and they will refund me. Never refunded and that was September 1st.

Put in two feedback requests but no answer.

I ordered a half sandwich half potato. I didn't realize the potato came with a lot of toppings. All I wanted was ranch and balsamic. They didn't put any of the toppings on that normally come with it but yet they charged me for the dressings? I would have considered it to be a substitution included in the price. And then charged more for a Sandwich upgrade? So our two lunches ended up costing over $30 which I thought was ridiculous
