Great experience, it's crazy that Russel Stovers is gone and this place is in it's location now. But exquisite meal! Good price and the salad with the green goddess dressing was really good!! Definitely come give this place a shot

I love Mcalisters, but I am getting frustrated now the past 2 times I have ordered takeout from there. I always get the BLT+Avacado sandwich, and last time I ordered the sandwich they left everything off of it, and it was only bacon on the sandwich. This time I ordered the sandwich again, and I always open the sandwich up to see if its correct, and I get like the tiniest little sliver of avacado. The whole point of why I get this sandwich is because of the avacado, and to not even get like a complete slice of it, just like a tiny miniscule amount, is so disappointing.

This McAllister’s has been rocksolid throughout the pandemic even with what appears to be high turnover. EDIT 6-3-22: Until now! I have gotten way too many burnt sandwiches in the last couple of months. At first it was one here and there that I could overlook. Then I began getting sandwiches that were inedible. Today, all three sandwiches I picked up were burnt! This is unacceptable and has me reconsidering eating here 4 days week.

Their sandwiches are fan freaking tastic.... However I made a silly mistake and forgot to check the menu.... I've had their menu once before and it's fantastic the way it is.... I made the mistake of thinking it was any other deli with sandwiches and the man was kind enough to add the horseradish to my order on the side for the proper roast beef sandwich they make. It's really really good I however ask for a custom sandwich like a dummy thank you so much for adding the sauce on the side. In the future I will know better ??

Went to the restroom after I finished my food, 3/4 full lemonade still on the table. I was in there for maybe 3 minutes, I come back, server took my friggin lemonade.Food was good but what the hell man that was good lemonade why did the cracked out server snatch it up away from me so damn fast?? I clearly wasn't done with it and I wasn't even gone that long.

I've been in love with McAlister's in Sherman Texas which to me is a complete five star but this one in Tulsa is pretty darn good they have a much bigger seating area but they're not as friendly still the food tastes the same.I always go for the half and half, half French dip Sammy and half meat loaded spud.

The last several orders I've placed at this location have been atrocious. They have given me wrong food. Lost my order and it's never ready by the time listed on the ap. I'm just going to stop frequenting McAlisters altogether. For the amount I have to pay for a sandwich now I would believe the food and service would be better.

Ordered a a turkey crunch, chili, potato salad and a tea for curbside pickup last night and waited 10 min after I checked in and had to call. They finally brought it out to me. I order food all the time usually delivery, they weren't even busy and my food was setting there in the back. This is the worst sandwich I've ever received from them. The bread was burnt on the outside and there was no moisture or flavor to it at all, no condiments. It was the worst I've ever had. Had to scrap the bread and eat the inside. I don't know what they didn't do, but it wasn't even worth eating.
