Take out order. Baked potato with veggies. I didn't get sour cream like requested and my broccoli looked really old, the ends were black. The restaurant looked clean when I walked in to grab my order. Just wish my order was correct and fresh. (That's why I'm giving you a low service grade.)

All around I gave a one star because Lucy and Melissa are some of the worst customer service associates I can think of. I first ordered from Lucy who forgot to ring up my sweet tea for my grandmother. Doesn’t ring it up which causes me to ask Melissa. Who has had a fit ever since I entered she wouldn’t put in a discount for older people she just said “I’ll get around to it.” Then I politely say I don’t need a drink carrier and after repeatedly asking me I said no I don’t want one. Then she respond by saying, “you don’t have to be hateful have a good day,” which is a Smart Alec remark. Don’t ever come here!

Always good McCalister food. That being said, I absolutely cannot stand the wait times on an AVERAGE or below average food traffic day. 30 minutes for a Cesar Salad and not one of you even asked if I needed anything while I waited an additional 30 minutes right in front of y’all. I mean seriously?

Out go to spot! Affordable, clean, quick, and staff is always attentive, and courteous. Especially Darion, young man is patient, always offers new items on the menu never rushes us through our order. Whether you have a quick meeting with a friend, after church lunch spot or evening with the family, this McAlisters will always be our favorite spot! 10/10
I frequent McAlisters often and at different locations. They are consistent, friendly, and always yummy....I came in on a Thursday during lunch time, they had a nice little crowd..no dirty tables....keep up the good job.

Food was okay but a little overpriced. Lady checking us out, just pointed to a button and said push here. After pushing it and getting my receipt. I realized I gave her a tip for taking my money. The really bad thing was how disgusting the bathroom was. The men's urinal had something brown smeared on it and smelled like poop. The floor was wet with pee. Look as though it hasn't been cleaned and quite some time. Be a wild before I ever come back.

My husband and I came recently, and we had stellar service. Upon entering, we were greeted with a friendly hello from Lucy.
Lucy was patient until we were ready to order, and then communicative and friendly throughout our experience. She repeated back our order and made polite conversation. Upon receiving our food, we were checked on and asked for refills. I saw staff members busing tables to keep the appearance looking nice.
Joy was one of the staff members that refilled our drinks, and she was very pleasant and kind.
When we left, we were given a friendly goodbye. The food was spectacular, and my husband and I were very impressed by this location! I highly recommend.
