I ordered a to go order. I got there to pick it up 10 min after the time it said it would be ready which was 30 min after ordering and the order was ready I could see it setting on the counter without the drinks. I stood at the pickup counter for over 10 min without one single person acknowledging me 4 employees were in the register area. I finally took 2 steps to the lady at the 1st register and ask her if I could get my order sitting on the counter and she grabbed it and handed it to me without the drinks continued to help the customers walking in to eat, finally a few min later she got my drinks still never really acknowledging me.

I had a hiccup with a curbside order last week. When they asked me to leave a review on their website, I left an honest one. The food was great, and the staff was friendly, but my curbside got overlooked.
I got a very quick reply from the general manager that I feel was sincere, and she did everything she could to win me back. I feel like I need to leave this positive review because even though this is the only McAllister‘s that we go to, and the one Where my children worked Years ago, it makes me feel good that It is now in very good hands With the current management team.

Overall - Food was ok, service was not so great, and the place looked like a nice place to grab a lunch or casual dinner.
I have come to realize, it is not my favorite sandwich place. The food, was ok. Nothing to write home about. They definitely did NOT skimp on the lettuce.
The atmosphere was nice enough. Clean, no trouble to speak of. Looked clean!
The service was kind of rough. They girl running FOH when I walked in the door was pretty frustrated that I existed. She clearly wasn't happy to see me. She ignored me, though had made eye contact with me, for about 20-30 seconds before she greeted me. She looked releived when I told her the order was online.

McAlister's is already a great place to eat, but the staff is also super friendly! Especially Lucy. I thought I had money for my order but a subscription hit early and unexpectedly, and she stood with me being very patient while I counted change and tried to get to the total. I was short and she offered a whole 2 bucks to help me, and I really appreciate it! I hope the management sees this and gives her a raise or some praise cause she deserves it!!!
