I mean its not the worst McDonald's. It had way nicer bathroom amenities and very polite staff. Grateful for the good food and prompt service. ♥️ Staff helped me with the kiosk ordering system .

was trying to buy a homeless lady some food, and also food for myself and they got both orders wrong. pulled up to the window and asked if they could fix it.mexican guy working there simply said “no”. asked if i could pull to the next window. “no”. very disappointed in this place. thought mcdonald’s was better than this.

At 3:09 AM on Nov 26 2025 I came through the drive through and was told they do not have any drinks or mcflurries. I asked for a refund and they said they dont do refunds. I said that's not how that works so they asked for my card for the refund. I told them that my chip doesnt work on my cars and they'll need to attempt a few times to get the prompt to swipe the card. After a few minutes the lady at the 2nd windows came back and told me the chip doesnt work. I told her that I know and I told her that. She said she cant give me a refund without the chip and so then I explained it again. After that another lady came up and asked me to back ip to the first window and then I tried my card 3 times with the chip and swiped and got my refund. The young lady at the 2nd window was rude and was either lying or not very knowledgeable. Either way she was rude the entire time. Frustrating experience and I didn't get what I ordered. You guys should keep the app up to date on what is available and you should also train your second window employees to be kinder and more knowledgeable about their job and role.

10-30-2025...The girl working the drive through window has a remedial, uneducated and unprofessional attitude. She needs to be taught not to talk down to people when she makes a mistake. Management please address this behavior because it puts you in a bad light. Her customer service needs to shape up and she needs to fly right. Truly ugly attitude.
