I haven’t been to McDonald’s in quite some time and I’m not the type to leave a bad review.. But this is absolutely ridiculous. I came by in the first time in a long time & I tried to order a Oreo shake.. Keep in mind, I’ve had very sensitive teeth sense a child. I ask for a Oreo shake.. They said they have a Oreo flurry, I asked if it’s possible to make a shake. They said No.. I asked what shakes they have available, they said chocolate and vanilla. I asked politely if they could add Oreos to the shake and I’m willing to pay additional for them.. They said they can’t blend them into the shake but they can put them on top. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!

I understand these people get paid poorly and probably miserable.. But all im asking is to blend some cookies into a shake and they refused.. Just go to the Braums down the street, they are polite and willing to do whatever you want to make you happy. This right here is why I haven’t been to McDonald’s in quite some time

McDonald's food is always consistent and good enough for what it is. The service ,however, is pretty much non-existent. McD's company wide has gone to great lengths to eliminate all human contact. Yeah, I use the app but I also miss the days where you actually received a little bit of customer service. Today, if you do interact with an employee, they seem scared to death to speak to you. Just another way technology is enriching our lives. 🙄

She stole money from me and refuse to let me speak to anyone else. I will be following up on this complaint.
