My son and I had the driest Big Mac ever. I can understand increasing the price because of inflation, but decreasing the special sauce, we were choking on how dry the burgers were!

I had just picked up my wife from the airport...she was craving Egg McMuffins, so we stopped for breakfast. I usually don't eat McDonald's food, yet, I thought I could just get a Cappuccino or Mocha Latte. They didn't have any. They did have iced coffee, so I settled for that...it was okay...except that it was a cup full of ice with a little coffee poured over it...and expensive.

Had the biggest headache just trying to pick up a mobile order. They made me go all the way back around to "order again" through the drive-thru window since I didn't stop at the speaker. The verbiage was actually, "We don't have your order." I had to cancel my order, reorder, and when I get back to the speaker, the ignorant lady says my order was canceled. I had to cancel the second order because they said they couldn't give me my order because I canceled it. I told the folks thru the speaker that I made a second order, but I had to cancel it because they said they never received a second order either. After telling me they couldn't find my order the 2nd time, I tried to cancel my order again, and this time, the app wouldn't let me. I asked for my money back in person, and then they said the order miraculously popped up on the screen. When I asked for my money back, they tried to give me a cold sandwich instead of a refund. Because I demanded my refund, the manager refused to refund my money back on the card while stating, "This is that bullshit I'm talking about," and then walked out of the building. The police were called out just to get my refund!!! This is just a stupid show just for breakfast! smh, lots OF INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WORKING HERE!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION, THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING!!!

VERY SLOW! Sat in the drive thru for atleast 20 minutes probably longer, just to get to the window to receive my cookies and they ask me to pull forward to 1 to wait 20 minutes more while I watch the rest of the line recieve food and leave

Worst customer service ever a entire crew and no acknowledgement to the front counter to say hello give us a few moments or nothing and i jyst came to pick up a delivery order only to be acknowledged after trying to get someone attention and a individual from break is the only one to say something to the other crew member. This store is ridiculous took forever and they had parked orders coming in. Customer service and getting orders out in a timely manner 8s not like it use to be. Absolutely no order.
I made an almost 70 dollar mobile order last night when I recieved it I initially noticed I was missing 3 items I called it took forever to get an answer I made a complaint about that then when I went in today and told them that I called last night about the issues I called about then upon further inspection of the order there was more wrong but I couldn't get through so when I went in today like I said I would I told them they refused a refund and only replaced a partial of my order after I told them what all happened.
Got 2 burgers and 2 medium fries yesterday. Got home and my dad took a bite of his burger and the patty was still raw. Drove back to McDonalds and the cook wanted to mean mug customers.
