I haven't been in the lobby of this McDonald's for over a year when I tell you it was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced it was like there was nobody in charge to keep everything moving in order when I tell you they look like chickens running around after they got their head cut 📴

In my own opinion, I only visited on a few different occasions. However, this most recent visit 3 days ago was nothing but great. Prompt and excellent customer service. Food was prepared and served within 20 seconds or less after I pulled up and stopped at the pickup window. I have very little experience here at this location, but it was an outstanding experience.

Drive through does not speak very good English. Had to repeat the order both at the speaker and at the window due to an incorrect order input. When I received the food it was still wrong.

Don’t expect milkshakes and if you order an iced coffee expect a wait. Otherwise is pretty standard McDonalds experience. They usually remember the bbq sauce too so that’s great

Only went through the drive thru, but no one speaks English, hard to communicate, that’s why I gave it 1 for the service. Usually very fast and the food is McDonalds level good.

Hit or miss with this place depends on whose working. I guess this place is notorious for their workers being trained to roll their eyes when handing out orders lol. I'd like to think she was having a bad day but all I wanted was ranch and ketchup. She acknowledged us by rolling her eyes :) either get a new job because it's making you miserable working there or change managers because how you treat your employees trickle down to how they treat the customers.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I frequent McDonald’s weekly in Edmond, OKC & Claremore, OK. This one in Tulsa is the worst I’ve ever been to. Only got coffee to drink for 2 hr drive at night. Coffee nearly cold & old. Windows dirty, & could see floor & work stations-all filthy. McDonald’s is always 5 star until this one. They need a visit from health dept.
I love the restaurant, people and service. The location is the only problem...
