Ordered though the app pulled up to the window they gave us the wrong ticket and someone already took our order I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s

Ordered online and waited inside. We had a larger order but nothing crazy. Ordered for two people. We sat and watched them hand out to drive thru, which us expected, I've worked fast food before, they always prioritize drive time. Then they started skipping our order and started giving to those after our order on the screen. Then they started giving to those who entered and ordered long after we saw our order get wiped off the screen. I figured they were in the process of making our order but no, they just ignored our order completely, or maybe gave it to the wrong people. I can't leave an honest review about the quality of food, but the quality of service, especially since only two people in the building speak English, was absolutely abysmal. Would not order here. Go down the street.

Freewheeling Franklin

You know, it's McDonald's, seen one you've seen them all. I really dislike using a kiosk to order. Its worst when the staff ignore you so they don't have to take your order.

Always messes up my food and then denies mess up won't replace. Refuses to do anything about the homeless badgering customers for food and trying to start fights, or even starting a vehicle fire. Like this place needs to be shut down

Got home with food ordered at drive through.. picked up bag to bring inside and bag ripped and all food fell on ground.. when going back to McDonald's and tell them the bags of faulty no one wanted to address me at the counter and stared at me like I had the plague or something when honestly all that was wrong was I got out of bed and didn't fix my hair basically had to beg someone to come serve me.. husband tried to call McDonald's back to let them know and they refused to answer their phones

I live 1.8 miles from this one so we go here the most, but every time we go here the fries are ALWAYS cold, no matter how long you wait for your food the fries are ALWAYS cold, food is rarely hot also, we actually stopped going here as much. The fries are sooo good when their actually hot. Very disappointing

I ordered bacon egg and cheese. They repeated bacon egg and cheese. They girl at the window asked if I had the bacon egg and cheeses. I get home. It’s sausage. McDonald’s you’re trash. Oh and I don’t eat the rubber that McDonald’s calls sausage so I paid $10 for a coke.

The people working here are young, but dont have the same attitude as other young people working at fast food in my experience. They have always been super polite. The food quality is as expected from fast food, so no complaints at all. The location is not the best place in town.

Went through the drive through asked for no onions the burger had onions. Asked for three orders of fries only two order of fries. Receipt showed two order of fries was willing to pay for another order was told line was to long to order and pay for fries. So I thought maybe if I order through the McDonald's application it would be better. I made my order on the application drove into bay 1 and waited and waited no one ever came out with order had use the drive through which resulted in another debate with the staff. i strongly suggest management work with employees on time management skills and communication skills.

Just ordered off the monopoly menu and didn't get my stickers then I take a drink of my sprite and there is no flavor just carbonated water I really feel scammed right now considering I would have ordered something different if the monopoly wasn't around
