These fries were giving to me after I asked for my fries not to be that hard, I heard talk about it,like it was an issue I asked..I was handed a bag in less tha 2min...yes hotter, yet harder. I am aware that everyone likes there food in different ways, yet if I kindly ask for something...it is easier to do, than to give me fries that are even harder.
