I've even purchased a meal in the app and they never gave it to me nor would they refund me the money she actually threatened me with the police over this incident because I refused to leave after her refusal to give me what I paid for.

What can I say... It's a McDonald's. The service is usually pretty good. But the atmospheric vibe inside is cold and impersonal. I have observed other locations look this same way. But as far as this location, order it to go. Nothing to see inside.

I had a problem with my order.I asked for no pickle and instead of remaking my order.They refunded me my money and told me to leave. They gave me too much money back which I was okay with So I went up the street to the next one and made my purchase at 51st and memorial. They did a fantastic job and on top of that, I got my meal pretty much for free.

Literally every McDonald’s cafe in America offers wireless internet to people spending money and doing business except this location. Im traveling through the state and stopped here and couldn’t even pickup any wifi. That is so unprofessional

Everyone that eats McDonald's knows that there are good McDonald's and crappy McDonald's and this is definitely one of the good ones. Double cheeseburgers are spectacularly NOT dry unlike some other McDonald's in town

I ordered a regular coffee, they gave me a large. I asked for extra sugar, they gave me the regular amount.
All the tables were dirty when I went, they have wet floor signs out, but the floors weren't swept, let alone mopped. The order screens were nasty too. Service is low, they know little English and seem like they don't know what they're doing half the time..

I stop here just about every morning for breakfast because it’s close to home and it’s always an issue. Sometimes I can’t get anyone to take my order at the drive thru and gotta pull forward, sometimes they don’t give me silverware and I got to go back thru the drive thru. Always rude and barely speak a lick of English!

Was in the Inn by there.Ordered Food there at evening on July 3.By app paid went to get was told closed i couldnt get drive thru I walked didnt know closed after nine App took money I got no food Wenr next day to get refund lady rude said wheres ticket no ticcket or food given.emailed corp did nothing ro remedy either.worked mcdonalds myself when younger.Qw were taught to take care of customer when legitamate conplaint.Guess that locarion needs my 12 or 15 bucks more than I did.
