I normally don’t write bad reviews, but this experience needed to be shared. I placed a curbside pickup order, and it was botched
twice. First, they forgot my drink. Then, instead of the 10-piece nugget meal I paid for, I was given only 6 nuggets. Not the end of the world, so I figured I’d call and get it sorted out. That’s when things really went downhill.

The woman who answered didn’t speak English very well, which I tried to be patient about. I calmly explained the issue and asked for help. But instead of listening, she kept cutting me off and placed me on hold when I politely asked for her name. When she returned, she asked again (for the fourth time) if I had the receipt or could come back in. I said yes, I have the receipt, and asked if I could just be credited for a 6-piece since I paid for a 10. Simple enough, right?

Wrong again. She continued being rude and dismissive. I finally said, “You’re not understanding me,” and she hung up on me. When I called back, my calls were immediately declined.

I’m not trying to blow this out of proportion—it’s just fast food. Honestly, I was half expecting to show up and get drinks thrown at me.

If you’re craving McDonald’s, do yourself a favor and skip this location. It’s worth the extra few miles to be treated like a human being. I won’t return to this one, and they won’t change. I hope this helps someone. Thanks

I ordered thru Drive Thru.

My name is Alice. On 05/12/2025 around 8:15AM The Hispanic female, the Drive thru- Casher made me wait the drive thru speaker on. When she turned the speaker on, I am a little bit frustrating because the other line, who came after me, 5 or 6 cars already passed me. When I asked the drive thru Cashier, she did not wanna answer and turned the Speaker muted. I was keeping waiting on her, she never ever turn the speaker on. I din't have any choice and drove towards her Cahser's window and asked for why did you turned off the speaker!? Instead of apologizing me, she yelled at me and raise her voice at me. Thus type of issue have been taken place in that area and needs better service and better customer care! After taking my order, I asked the crew member that I wanna talk to the Manager, and the Manager stick out to the window. I told her why the onther Drive Thru Casher took too long, 5 to 6 cars on the other line passed me? She answered me that I am taking order faster than her. But if it is in the case, why the Manager who took the order also should take care of both side to be fare. It should be First come First serve. But in my case, lots of the customers came after me 5 ot 6 cars passed me. Please to the better service and try to learn how to say sorry to customers.

Absolutely horrible workers at the window and the management has a piss poor attitude and is rude. They’re dirty and they threw my food together and made a mess in the bag. Just plain rude. I’m surprised they’re still open
