I ordered a big Mac meal and a cheese burger happy meal. I paid for it and they had me pull forward. I waited 10 minutes for them to inky bring me my big Mac. They then told me I never ordered a happy meal and I would have to drive back around, pay for another happy meal all while they treated me like I was a thief. I will never eat here again nor will I ever reccomend anyone's else to do so ever. I would give them 0 stars if possible le.

I just don't understand why the hours say 5:30 am to 11:00 pm on the lobby door and here it is 6:16 am and the lobby still not open

The service is rated so low just because I have higher standards when it comes to restaurant functionality than a lot of people. They aren't very organized, and that matters when there are several door dashers trying to get their orders at the same time. Not terrible service, but definitely not great.

Went to McDonalds store 7647. We had survey receipts - buy one sandwich get one free.
The last time I presented 2 receipts and the manager questioned me and said I could only use one. I said my friend was in the car with my dog, the manager showed his displeasure and asked me if what I said was true!!! How rude!!!!
Today, the SAME manager UNHAPPILY took the survey receipt, but he kept my new receipt! When I asked for the receipt, he said - new policy. Management says the receipt has to be kept with the coupon. EXCUSE ME!?!?!
This manager at this store is a short guy with spectacles. He is VERY unfriendly and comes across as rude.
This McDonalds USED to be very good. Now it just sucks. The manager is horrible.
I have never had any issues at any other McDonalds with coupons, receipt surveys, etc, except this one.

it was honestly sketchy and they didn’t even have a play place it was not even connected it was a guitar and they didn’t give my sauce

I honestly think it would be better if the homeless would find another place to camp/hang out. They walk up to you getting out of your car, they’re sitting on the walks going into the door or sleeping on the grass and to make it worse the city decided to put a bus stop directly in front so they are also hanging out/sleeping there as well. Sorry Ronald but you really need to move or hire a mall cop!

Forced an authorization on my BOK card to the wrong location. I restarted my app and refreshed cookies it still forced an authorized payment through and ruined my dining experience.

Went thru drive thru asked for sausage egg Mcmuffin got ham. No sausage this is like the 4 th time. You need to get employees that can speak English.

My daughter and I went for lunch today and we will not go back. The lady at the counter that took our order didn't get our order right. It wasn't a hard order either. We got 2 no. 9's both large two of the burgers with no pickle, extra onions the other two burgers extra onion and extra pickle. The lady rang us up it was $15 and some change my daughter paid with a fifty the lady put she gave her a $20 and then asked us how much change do I give you back. It was an awful experience and we won't be back.
