It is almost gotten to the point that I do not want to go to any McDonald’s because of the customer service. I normally use the app to order. It is marked ready so I go in and wait for another 5 to 10 minutes. Nobody saying a word to me, we can’t stop the prices from going up but we can stop the poor customer service do better

Seriously need training updated! They have no idea how to make drinks or what supposed to be in them. If it’s a simple easy drink no problem but if it’s a McCafe they have no clue how to make them.

Part of the staff is excellent and will greet and talk to you with a smile. Other staff will just plan just talk to you in a startled mood or a mood as if they don't care or don't want to be there.

Half the time i go here i order a coke and they give me a dr pepper which i hate they make me go wait in line agaun then my food gets cold. Also i order a quarter pounder plain and say no cheese and of course they put cheese in it i cant keeo going to the back of the line to get it changed. Also i like the sausage egg biscuit and when dud they start putting cheese on it??? Back to the end of the line. I cannot eat cheese. MC DONALDS NEVER ANSWERS ME LIKE OTHER PLACES I GUESS THEY FIGURE THEY ARE PERFECT. I USED TO GET WHAT I WANTED BUT NOW ITS A 50 50 CHANCEParking: Easy to park many spaces

Yeah garage service. Waited for a large order of fries for 15mins while the car behind me who ordered after me got their huge order before me! The people are horrible with service and dismissed me. The fries they gave me were cold, not salted, and the shamrock shake was legit some dye and barely any ice cream. Would not recommend this McDonald's!

Just so no one else runs into this. McDonald's will not let you take your breakfast food past 10:30am even if you ordered it before 10:30am. You have to physically be there at location. Me personally this leaves a bad taste in my mouth as there is no indication on their mobile app. Perhaps my own doing as I have kids which caused me to be late. Not to mention they stated it can take up to 24 hours for your money to return. This experience is one I won't forget.
