Today me and my Bestie went through the drive-through and this Hispanic woman took four tries to even understand our order we get up to the front window to receive it. Itās not correct. I took it inside. They remade it, and I left thinking there was no problem until my Bestie took a bite of his McChicken to find mayo on it when we specifically said plain because he is allergic to mayo. Allergies need to be taken way more seriously at fast food restaurants and if you canāt understand the order, have somebody else take it for you

Other than the locked restroom that they control remotely, this place was outstanding. Fresh flowers were on every table, a nice touch. Food was as expected, same stuff different box, nothing special.

First they kept telling me my code didnāt work I always use the app. Fine whatever maybe a glitch. Get up the first window guy says āsorry weāre tryna figure out your orderā it was one thing. A coffee. I pay go to the second window and what do you know? The machine was broken. I paid for something they couldnāt even make. Sloppy communication sloppy workers. McDonald used to be a useful place to go.

Was first person in line when opened this morning, ordered double biscuits and gravy, paid sat there ten minutes to be told they were out of gravy would I like refund, I said yes I've wasted ten minutes already, they charged me $5.31 but gave me $3.21 back burned me out of $2.00 . Yes I should of counted the money but needed to get to work.
