Used to be McDonald's was a place where you could feed a family on twenty bucks, and have a good time during the visit, with the play pen and whatnot
Now you pay that twenty bucks after buying a single combo from a touchscreen which helpfully informs you that orders are carryout only, and they'll still even forget your drinks.
At least the food is still pretty good.

Ordered breakfast for delivery. Their delivery driver did not drop it off in the right place. He ignored my multiple attempts to call him. Called support and they couldn’t do anything. Wasted $30 only for some pos business to screw me out of it. You’re better off not ordering delivery from here. Especially with all the fees. Almost $10 in fees. Really? This place is a no.

Dashers beware. Order was 20 minutes late, manager refused to explain why or even acknowledge me. A worker said they get them out in the order they are recieved which is an outright lie. AVOID this location at all cost, THIS is why the ratings are so low

This location has been around a very long time. They are pretty quick, but sometimes the orders are not correct. It's an average service but fresh.
Had an online order, they accidentally gave my order to the lady in front of me. I watched her bring it back and get her actual order, but instead of remaking my order, they brought me out the same exact bag they gave her! When i questioned the worker if it was the same bag, she tried to beat around the bush and pretend like it wasnt. It wasnt until i asked her if she could 100% GUARANTEE that her hands werent in my bag that she offered to have it remade. IT SHOULD HAVE NEVER EVEN MADE IT TO ME. YOU CANT TAKE BACK FOOD FROM A CUSTOMER AND GIVE IT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER, IM NOT A LAWYER, BUT I FEEL LIKE THAT BREAKS A LAW OR SOMETHING. Very disgusted with this location over this.

Saturday, 11/22/2024, 8:00 am. The ladies working this morning will flat out lie to you about your order. I ordered 2 breakfasts, and I couldn’t find utensils in the bag. I got their attention to ask for utensils, and they gave me 1 set. I asked for another set, as I have 2 breakfasts, they told me there was one in the bag. When I got back with the food, only one set of utensils. Shameful to flat out lie.
