Rude horrible drive thru service

Came thru ordered a drink gave them my credit card went to the next window to get my drink. There like your not getting anything you didn't pay. I was like I gave you my card. Here my card again. They went back I'm forth. I'm like just gimme my card back. I finally got my card. They charged my didn't get me my drink. So time wasted money spent. Nothing to show. Just passing in the wind. I work hard for my money so you can' take it. Wow. Thanks great job. Props to the manager . There's no a zero star option.

Literally the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I am consistently waiting 30+ minutes for my order even if there’s only one car ahead of me.One time an employee called me the N word when I asked where my food was.I DID complain to corporate about this issue but it’s been 6 months and the same employee works there

they always mess something up. i try to give them benefit of the doubt since its the closest location to me. they forgot my fries tonight. last week i ordered on the app for breakfast, got there at 10:32 and they either threw my food out or ate it. i placed the order 10 minutes before picking it up. a$$h0l3s.

we’ve had so many problems with this mcdonald’s the manager does not know how to do his job the employees are untrained and have yet to do there job correctly i’ve been working in the food industry for a while now and this store is a case don’t eat here there are plenty other mcdonald’s in the area with employees that know how to do there job and the manager fs needs to be fired higher ups will be contacted about him
