I couldn't accurately rate the food because the stubborn, rude, and broken English manager (I'm assuming) absolutely refused to serve us our food after paying for it, waiting in line for 40 minutes, and LITERALLY showing him my receipt. Never again.

This was an upsetting and unnecessary experience at the drive-thru. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and received one with an almost nonexistent amount of fudge. When I politely asked if a small amount more could be added, the employee immediately shook her head “no,” without explanation.
I then calmly asked if the fudge could at least be placed in a small cup or container, and she snapped and yelled “no” through the drive-thru window. The tone was openly hostile and completely disproportionate to the request.
What made the situation worse was the visible discomfort of the other employees. They stood nearby appearing tense and apologetic, as though this behavior was not unfamiliar to them. It was clear they felt uncomfortable—and frankly, embarrassed—by how I was being treated.
I want to be clear: this request was made for my young daughter. It was her birthday, and this small sundae was the only treat I was able to get her. Being met with such aggression over something so minor was disheartening and genuinely hurtful.
Mistakes happen. Policies exist. But there is no justification for yelling at a customer who is being polite—especially under these circumstances. This interaction reflects very poorly on the management and overall culture at this location.

I have never had an experience this bad at a fast food restaurant in my LIFE.

I placed an order through the app showed up to the drive through and sat there for 5 mins and NO one tried taking our order. We pulled up to the first window and sat there for a few mins and SEVERAL people passed by the window and could obviously see our car and would not come to the window. We pulled up to the next window and tried again, same thing and no response. We rounded and did the same thing 3 TIMES. The doors on the building were locked so we couldn’t come inside. They were obviously open as the app took my order.

Would love to know why staff is blatantly refusing service. Crazzzzyyyyy.

I ordered online through the mobile app, they got my burger wrong and forgot all sauce, but the worker said the sauce was in the bag, went to the window and they said they were out of sauce???? then I proceeded to open my burger and it was completely wrong and cold. I told my boyfriend to complain but he didn’t I’m so mad and upset like why waste your hard earned money on some bs bro it’s really not that hard to get your workers in line and fix this, as a fast food worker the customer service was diabolical.

Worst customer service ever. They have people working the windows that don’t even speak English fully so you can fully go through the drive thru and they won’t say one word to you. Seriously not even a “have a good day” or “did you have this” I pulled up and the guy collecting money didn’t even say the total he just put his hand out waiting for the money. I’ll drive all the way to 51st just to get some good service.
