Worst McDonalds in Tulsa! My order was wrong and I tried to call them multiple times, but they won't answer the phone. I went back in person and was greeted by a very rude girl who did not want to be bothered. There are many other places to eat in that area so I would avoid this place.

This is the McDonald’s closest to my house but, I’ll be making sure to go out of my way to another location. The cashiers are careless and dismissive. The manager, (elderly woman,) was shockingly rude and condescending. I work in the food industry, I’m always understanding and polite and I’m aware of how easy things can be handled. From food being cold or missing or today to the app code for Friday’s free medium free not working correctly, that was out of my control.. was treated horribly. The manager tried telling me to pull around the line from the window more than once to order when I was trying to place my order, cutting me off while speaking. Continued to tell me how wrong I am and how I’m not using the app correctly. Was abrupt and rude with taking my money. Several workers walked near the window to look at me so I’m SURE they were talking about me. Kindness goes a long way and I will be taking my money- anywhere else but here.
My mother was afraid they were going to spit in our food so you lost half the cost of our bill just from the horrible service, I can’t imagine how much more money these people are costing the franchise owner.

Everytime I come to this McDonald's I get treated poorly. If I order chicken nuggets I shouldn't have to pay for sauce. If I order a meal I shouldn't be asked to pay for a water cup.

They never get my order right at the second window. I will not be going back to that McDonald’s ever. when you tell and get what they forgot to put in your bag they want to have your food all out the window hands all over your food just disgusting.
If there was an option of choosing no stars , i most definitely would. Came tonight to get a late night snack around 9:00pm and i got home to give a McChicken to my daughter and she asked me if i have took a bite of her food, i was in distraught and asked to look at the sandwhich and sure enough it was biten into with mayonnaise smothered sloppy. So DISGUSTING and DISRESPECTFUL!! Tried calling over 30 minutes and no one wanted to answer and when they did they would hang up. McDonald's needs to foxus on who they hire and how there employees handle there food . Soo DISAPPOINTED and FURIOUS!! will be calling coporate!!
