Worst McDonald’s in the State. Nobody give a F. Customer service is at a NEGATIVE. Doordasher called and said hey can you please cancel tbe order they are arguing and won’t have it ready at all. I guess the employees got into it and cancelled my order. This is absolutely trash McDonalds team. All of you. Who’s the store manager cuz they needs to go bye bye. For real can someone get replaced. Terrible service!!!

I love this mc'd .they are always pleasant.the food is consistent ( iced Carmel coffee tastes the same everytime),employees are polite and always ask if u r using the app.also use my name (professional).keep it up ya'

waited 20 minutes for my curbside and just ended up coming in. they handed me my happy meal even though there were no apple slices or fries ? and the guy came out with the wrong order earlier and said “curbside time!” that’s strange

I was there at 3:30 am this morning on 1/31/24. I order some breakfast burritos and they came out cold. When I say cold, they we're burrito flavored popsicles. When I asked for a refund, no one understood what I was saying in English. In Oklahoma, where the native (no pun intended) language is English, this McDonald's thought it was a good idea to have no English speaking employee overnight. When I asked for a refund, they keep trying to offer me more food. When I refused the food, they'd just say, "we making for you now."

everything was trash. the food and the service. one i got a mcchicken and some fries and BOTH was not cooked. and then after like a month later i come back and got a ice vanilla coffee and it taste weird. so i had my mom try it and she said IT TASTED LIKE CLEANER. i will never go here and plus theres a bunch of mexicans that work there that barely know english and it gets frustrating when you tell them that your stuff is not cooked and they just look at you crazy.

Really bold of your staff to be calling people names in Spanish. Interestingly enough you live in Oklahoma and a lot of us understand/ speak Spanish. Next time I will call you out on it. All I did was give you the correct order because what you told me was wrong.
