By far the worst mcdonald's I've ever been to in my life, all thumbs and hands down.
Call me old fashioned but I still believe in courtesy and service with a smile. My experience at the first window where I paid was fine. It was the second window where I received my food that I wasn’t even acknowledged. Never looked at. Just food shoved at me through the window. I asked if I could please have some jelly. Same thing. Zero acknowledgement, never looked at, jelly’s thrown in the bag, bag shoved through the window and they walked away. Not even a “thank you for shopping at McDonalds”.
I just left from up there. I got my kids a 10 piece meal & 6 piece happy meal and the chicken nuggets were completely burnt. I've tried calling them SEVERAL times and the phone and the like keeps ringing busy. Had to toss them all in the trash

I will never go back. I had to tell the woman at the register to only touch my food and drinks. The short woman working the drive through right now came out of the stale in the restroom and went straight out the restroom she did not stop to wash her hands in the bathroom after she used the restroom. I told the woman at the register she told her manager and the manager said the woman washed her hands she saw her do it. How when it was only myself and the lady working the drive through in the bathroom they laughed and kept talking in Spanish. I told the lady at the register do not let them touch my food or drinks. The manager was so rude to the lady that told her what I complained about.
The manager here does not care about her customers. Avoid this location.

Drive thru, menu board shows basket fries $3. Get order and receit shows $3.79. Asked for credit of difference , manager said No. That menu board is wrong, but he has to charge what cash register says. Asked for owners name to complain. Again he said No. Guess I will complain to BBB and our local TV news channel 6. SCAM
And drive thru speaker lane 2 has been broke over a year.

I don't particularly eat McDonald's. My kids like McDonald's a lot. This visit was better than the last one. The Employees on the drive-thru were nicer this time. This location was on Harvard near TU.

By far the best tasting McDonalds that I have been to. I have been to DOZENS if not, all of, the McDonald’s in the Tulsa area. This one tops them. Perfectly salted fries. Perfectly crispy nuggets and fries. Burgers are put together well and clean, taste great. All around best one.

Tell me why I pulled up to the speaker they asked what they could get for me I told them I'm a door dash they didn't respond so I drove to the window where they already had a car sitting then had us sitting there for over 10 Min before telling the car in front of us they had no doordashes and they been shut down for over an hour

Very rude staff! I don’t know if the Latino employees here are racist but very rude! Lady in front had a nasty attitude. Ordered and had to go in when they weren’t even busy! Come in and one employee is right in front of customers eating.
