Was buying food for an unhoused man and the manager started being really rude to him for standing in there while he was waiting for it. She told him she was going to take all of his belongings and throw them away because it made the place look trashy but all of the tables were filthy already because she doesn’t do her job as a manager.

Do better mcdonalds ! A lot of customers waiting for longer than usual. The staff was yelling at each other and it seemed to be a little Hispanic lady with a blue shirt on was the main aggressor. She was yelling at everyone and tossing customers orders around with an obvious attitude and saying things very loudly like why are people ( Customers) want chicken all the time! Why can't people just cook at home ! Why can't you guys ( Staff ) work faster ! Why does everyone need to come here ! ( Everyone was 10 customers waiting and 5 cars in drive through ) She was obviously having a bad day. And I asked for my cup so I could fill my drink the staff said, No. We fill your drinks behind the counter now. We have the self serve in the lobby turned off because people steal the drinks. I laughed and said okay. I was a little confused about that but hey it is what it is. And once I received my food I was missing a sandwich but really didn't feel like dealing with them so I left and when I was able to eat what I did receive the fries and my sandwich was extremely salty ! Anyway. Mcdonalds do better ! And I am starting to notice this behavior is becoming very common with most restraunts. It's sad but it is what it is. People are stressing and becoming so much more aggressive lately. Calm down people ! It's not all that bad. Anyway... If you made it this far thank you for reading my review and sorry if it sounds like I'm ranting. Lol I hope everyone has a wonderful day and starts to be more understanding with others.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could, I’ve lived down the street for over 6 years and honestly the whole 6 years we’ve had issues, I’ve never said anything or left a bad review but after 6 years you get a little fed up, I’m so tired of asking to add things, getting charged for them but not getting them, getting my order wrong, and the biggest thing is that this area is such a bilingual area but the people working the drive through don’t seem to understand English at all 70% of the time and because of that they get things wrong or give up even trying to talk to you. Tonight I asked for Buffalo sauce and the person in the window didn’t even say they were out of it just gave us BBQ sauce and when we said we actually wanted Buffalo they said that’s all we have” even though they gave us honey mustard with our $5 meal deal. So the person at the window didn’t even want to give us the other options they had they just wanted us to leave. So long story short shout out to the day crew they are amazing, but the night crew has ALWAYS sucked. Terribly. Worst night experiences I’ve EVER had at all the McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to. Don’t go here at night, you won’t get what you ordered and the employees won’t give a damn about giving you a good experience they just want you to get lost.

Swamped in construction and homeless ppl and unfriendly employees sadly that dont know how to stop dragging their feet and put a little hustle and customer service in anything they do there sadly.
