There is always something broken at this location. Today it was the Frappe machine. Last week the ice cream machine. If the McDonalds app works at all here it’s probably not going to take the deal or offer you choose because at 6pm the app thinks this location is serving breakfast only.

Girl on new years at window hands me my happy meal with the thing open like shes too lazy to flip some tabs. Lmao. My crispy chicken sandwich looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. This location is progressively getting worse and worse. I'm pretty close to driving out of my way home to go to a different location. Ridiculous.

This location is supposed to be open at 5 am this location is on my way to work and more convenient but they don’t turn on their mobile ordering most of the time. Today when I could order, no one was even there. I wasn’t the only customer that had ordered and paid and no one was there.

There is just something about the employees at this McDonald's!! Every single time I go there, whoever waits on me at the drive thru always have a huge smile and are super polite and professional. If you have kids looking for a job I would recommend applying there. It has to be a great work environment!!

A chicken bone or some sort of sharp object was in my child’s chicken nuggets. I tried to call the store and no one picks up. My child could have choked on this. Will never be going back

Thank you so much to the manager, Sonny! I ordered 2 mcflurries for a late night sweet treat on the app. When I got there she said the ice cream machine was down so not only did she give me a refund but she gave me a few cookies so I didn’t go home empty handed. I frequent this location a lot for my son and I’m always happy with hot food and good customer service! We appreciate the staff so much!
This is the one, ran with precision you can tell right away this particular store does it better than others. There's a big black man who manages and im sorry I dont know his name but he's always friendly, wishes you a blessed day and runs the cleanest, most efficient McDonald's my wife and I go to. We pass a couple other stores to go to this one.

Firstly Im a first responder so I don't have much time to eat for 12 hours so when I got the chance I decided to get some McDonald's. I go to the screen and order and it comes out fast. My double hamburgers came with 1 patty and a drop of ketchup. I go back in and nicely let them know and they were able to get me my correct burgers. Later in my shift I go to eat my nuggets with 3 packets of pure honey I was supposed to have. Nope. I got 1 already opened packet of pure honey and 1 close packet of honey mustard.🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️And I only got 9 of my 10 nugget. Dude like how hard is it?!

Went there at 5pm today and got a 20 piece nuggets. They were cold, weren't crispy, and tasted really stale...... Again this was at 5pm. The fries were fresh at least. And what's up with the 25 cents for a packet of sauce -_- That's just ridiculous. Can't recommend.... Unless you like old and nasty chicken nuggets.

my son and I went to 71st and mingo. we found a good place to sit. we ordered our food to be brought to the table. we waited almost 30 minutes to get it. we were getting a little heated because the food never came. when I went to the counter to find out why, we discovered I had placed the order at 81st and mingo. Needless to say, it wasn't their fault. they handled the situation very well. it was a good place to catch up with my son, and when we had gotten to the right store the food was excellent.
