I dont order delivery often, I did today as I have an esrly st home meeting that will lsst several hours. I ordered, eggs, oatmeal and 2 hash browns And they shorted me on hash browns again, they did the time before and every single time I have ordered from this store they short me on an item. Its extremely annoying. It doesnt take much to READ.

This is the best McDonald’s, Not only was the food hot, fresh, and made super fast, The level of kindness from the employees was exceptional. Especially the young man from the counter, you rarely see kindness like this these days.

Ordered through the app gave them my code at the drive through and when I got to the first window they had already lost track of my order. I have worked in the service industry so I know mistakes happen and I’m okay with that. The kid at the window called a manager over to approve putting my order in and she asks for my code again. At that point the App was acting like I already got my order so the code was no longer on the screen. But I remembered part of it. She said “Well if you don’t have a code then you can’t get the order” I told her I already gave my code at the speaker and the person I talked to said my name back to me confirming I had an order and told me to pull around to the window. Honestly I just didn’t like the managers attitude. She was very accusatory as if I was the one who messed up or that I was trying to steal food from McDonalds. Which I had already showed them my order history on the app that was from today and I let her know the money was already taken out of my bank. She finally puts the order in and I pull up to the second window. They give me the wrong order at first. No biggie I let the kid know they were having issues with it and I tell him my order and he finds it and gives it to me. Then I get home and after telling 3 separate employees I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers PLAIN and a medium fry, my burgers have everything on them. And they put the onions underneath and on top of each slice of cheese. I sat there for 15 minutes trying to pick off each tiny onion. I understand the individual store can’t fix issues with the app but I know that this has happened before to other people too so you would think they would be nicer about it and then after all that time to still get my order wrong was just salt in the wound. Fix your app and your Managers attitudes McDonalds.

Don’t bring cash to pay use the kiosk and a card. Cash requires service at the front desk. They left my cheese off my quarter pounder and some how the receipt showed it as I ordered it that way but they made a new one with cheese. Unfortunately during the time dealing with that my fries got cold but they were hot when I got them. I mean this is what is expected at McDonald’s.
