Five minutes before breakfast starts and they have their breakfast menu on the boards outside sorry, sir we can’t serve breakfast. This is unprofessional. Something needs to be done about this. Very very peculiar behavior. I do not understand.

Crap service. Crap food quality. People just standing around while orders are stacked up. This industry is dead.
This is the absolute worst location ever. The night crew people are the most rude and unfriendly people ever. Y’all need to fire or retrain these people. Refused to give fresh food and made us wait for our order just to give it to us cold. I’m going to contact your corporate office as well. There is absolutely no way this store has a manager. There is zero care or training. I’m not sure why there are hateful people working there. If you don’t want to work then just quit. Terrible service and cold food. Burger smashed and fries placed upside down. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TERRIBLE STORE. Food was made at 12:31 and they gave it to us 45 minutes later.
It wasn’t my own experience, but it was an elderly lady here that was told to order her own food on the kiosk. Mine boggles me that we have to make our own order in the kiosk where you have employees that get paid by the hour and you want us to do the work only to have your employee not have the right order.
Never can get an order right ordered a $5.00 m double meal only charged me 1 m double burger then tried to get my son something to drink and the girl at the window didn't understand English so I said forget itsince they can't get a order right I just didn't feel like waiting

Good fast service. About what you shoukd expect from McDonald's.
The store in glenpool on 141st i would give 1 star. Their food isn't always cooked throughly you have to ask for napkins and a straw at the drive window. And the employees don't know what food items you are talking about that are on their menu board they tell you they don't serve that there.
They need to fix the Dasher doorbell apparently they didn't hear it when rung and finally they saw us there.

So I get there at 11:04, pull through the drive thru and they give me my drink and ask me to pull to spot 3. Great, no big deal, but they are parking every car that comes through.
So 5 minutes go by and a lady with 4 sacks of food come by and holds them up one by one and ask if this is mine, no.. this one, no etc.
5 minutes later another lady comes by with 3 sacks of food and asks what I ordered, she shakes her head no and walks off.
Another 13 minutes goes by ( 11:27)with no food or anyone else coming by. I eventually just left and as I typed I am going back into work without lunch.
Not a super great experience.
don’t give this place a bad review or staff will verbally assault you when you come back around. Not to mention theirs only one person who’s actually working on the monday shift. everyone else is busy flirting in the drive thru.
also expect long wait times and for them to shove food in your hands and slam the window before you can ask for napkins.
So friendly and my food was perfect
Slowly going downhill for service. I made a mobile order. It was a huge order. They had me pull forward (no big deal), but I had to go in 3 times because they messed up or forgot to give me something to my order.
I used to work in fast food restaurants before, and when I had big orders, we made sure to have a way to mark off items that were already bagged so you wouldn't forget someone's food.
