I ordered online to try and make this quick but instead I waited for almost 10 minutes to give my order code, 3 cars on the other side went before me. I finally just went into the line just to have them tell me to move up to number 1 to wait an additional almost 10 minutes for my food, the food was already cold when I received it, the entire order was 4 happy meals for my kids. I never have a problem with the morning crew but the afternoon people just don't care and are horrible at customer service. NEVER going to this location again and I absolutely don't recommend it either.

One word- Rude. I went there with my app to use at the kiosk it was the one where you get the free any size fry when purchasing any size soft drink or sweet or unsweetened tea. I put my code in and get my drink but I get to the fries, and the fries don't load on the kiosk. So I had to cancel the order and go to the front. Now I couldn't get my code back up due to the 15 minutes thing and we talked to who I think shouldn't be a manager, and she said we had wait. But in the past they've been able to let me order when this has happened multiple times before. The kid who was working he was calm about and I could tell he didn't know what to do. But the manager lady was being rude. I went there on a Thursday. Whoever is the Mexican lady manager there, stay away from her.

My husband and I ordered food from this store through door dash on 6/29/25 and the driver had multiple stops which I understand,but took 45 min! Our food was cold!We got no receipt ! We spent at least $30 for a 20 piece chicken nuggets,large fries and a Carmel sundae which I did not get! I don't think we will be ordering from you through door dash again!!

Why even advertise ice cream if your machine is always broken?

Everytime an order is made I find my order is either missing items or I am waiting an extremely long time because my mobile order was not put in right away. So I have to wait even longer. What’s the point of using the app if employees are not willing to make things convenient for the customer?
