First they were making every car park and wait. Not sure the purpose of a drive thru if every single car is made to park and wait. Guess you can keep your drive thru times super low that way. Who cares about customer experience, right?? Anyway, we ordered two breakfast sandwiches. Sausage, egg, cheese English muffin and sausage, egg, cheese bagel with extra sauce. Girl came out to the car asked if we had the two sandwiches, said yes and went on. Got to our shop only to discover only one sandwich…the bagel. Try to call rings forever no answer. Drive back with the receipt, explain to the woman at the counter. She speaks to someone in Spanish, comes back and says she put it in the bag. Ummm no, we wouldn’t have wasted our time driving back if it was in the bag. Goes back and speaks to the same person again in Spanish comes back a minute later with a sandwich in a bag with no apology or any words at all and just hands over a bag. And to add insult to injury the bagel wasn’t toasted and I didn’t get extra sauce. Tried calling again to speak to a manager about how the situation was handled and again no answer.

The line always take s 30mins or more please this is crazy Chikfila can have a time down the street and get customers through the line in 10 mins or less .. what happened to McDonalds they used to get your food in 2 -5mins even had a timer for the drive thru , I feel like everything is downhill pay people properly so they will work and then the store will have good service this is no longer fast food it’s horrible no other place takes this long!! What’s the purpose of those two drive through lanes if they don’t speed things up

The service is terrible, the workers are just playing in front of you, the staff is not treated the worst than the employees. They are responsible. As if they didn't care about their job, I will never return.

No cars at 6:53 pulled up waited 3 minutes for my order to be taken another car pulled up in the other lane order taken Immediately. Finally I getting my order taken just a Biscuit and iced coffee. The size of my iced coffee was wrong and the Biscuit was made wrong ??! You had two cars and still messed up orders . Crew members need to be re trained about the cup sizes for drinks because a medium iced coffee doesn’t come in a small and a larger iced coffee shouldn’t come in a medium size cup pay a dollar more to size down ??

This is by far the worst McDonald's in tulsa. They never get the complete order in the bag or even ring up the right ones. I don't know if it's just laziness or they don't understand. You have to check your bag every time through drive thru. And be prepared to be parked if you have a big order. Happens everytime. I've had to go in to ask where my order was after they parked me. I wish there was another one closure to my house. I use to work for the owner 30 years ago. It's sad what his business has become.

They don’t listen or pay attention to anything my order is always messed up I told them I wanted 2 McDoubles with extra mustard and they put only mustard on my burger no pickles onions or anything just mustard I don’t know anyone else that wants to eat a mustard burger but I sure as hell don’
