Called to see if they had a certain item. They said they did. Drove a long ways. No they didn't have it. It took forever to get an employee to help us. Answer our question, help with malfunctioning kiosk. Then we got cold fries. They don't speak English very well.

Freaking ridiculous that I am sitting In the drive-through with no line and no one is responding to their speakers doesn’t matter if you close in 30 minutes you still serve the last customer if they come through I work in the food industry and we never treat customers this way. Absolutely ridiculous.

Bob Wagner call me, I wish this could be a audio message because your employees are incredibly difficult today. This morning! I have been shopping here for quite some time, but today I waited 20 minutes in a parking spot waiting for my mobile order which never showed. So then when I went through the drive-thru they told me they couldn't help me that I need to get down into the lobby to pick up my order. The second window people I requested that they give me my order, they finally did Maria. I think her name was. But the two guys I dealt with at the windows were very very rude! I am so upset right now. Not only that, I got my order from them and the coffee frappe that I got is liquid now, and my food is cold. I have an infant in the car which is why I used the McDonald's mobile app to pick up a mobile order, in a parking spot is what I assigned it to. They told me I need to get down, how inconsiderate even after they knew my child is in the car with me. I need to take my business elsewhere if this is the behavior that they're going to demonstrate at this location! Most horrible experience I ever had! In all the restaurants that I ever have been through!

A few weeks later and no response from anyone, I filled out the corporate hotline report and still haven't heard back. What a horrible company, I will not spend any more my money here!

We recently ordered a chicken sandwich from McDonalds at 91st & Memorial. My wife took two bites into it and realized the texture was off. When she opened it up, the chicken breast was completely raw.

She then took it back to McDonalds. The manager was apathetic, struggled to find the amount that was charged, said they would give us a refund but we have yet to receive that refund.

My wife called a corporate number since the manager seemed to not care about the issue. She also filled out a form for someone to call her back about the issue. No call yet from either...

This picture is very disturbing. You would never see this at some place like Chick-fil-a. Even if it were to happen, their customer service would go above and beyond to make it right. We can't even get a refund for this terrible meal... much less someone at McDonalds actually care.

This location contractor serves cold food. The fries are the same consistently as cardboard. The cheese on the burger isn't even melted. 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮

I went through the drive thru, and planned on using PayPal to purchase my order, but was unable too. The cashier at the register was so kind, and paid for my order. I am super grateful for his generosity, and I hope he gets recognized for that act of kindness. His name is Diego! thanks again.

We ordered online and left to pick it up 15 minutes after placing it, when we arrived we were told to pull into spot 1 to wait for our meal because they were almost done with it. We then proceeded to sit and wait in the parking lot for an additional 25 minutes before going inside to see what the hold up was just to find out they gave our meal to another car so we then have to wait an additional 10 for our meal to be remade and all we got was a half ass sorry

The most inconsistent drive thru lines. Nobody will greet you, but then the car that was behind you will pull into the other lane and they are quick to help them… this is the only McDonald’s that has no customer service or hospitality other than that grandma that takes your money at the first window, she is very nice but clearly trying to work harder to pick up someone else’s slack.

Placed a mobile order, went through the drive thru to pick it up, said they didn't have it I was at the wrong location. So I went inside to show them my order, stood around for 10 min before someone came to the front to even help. They said they were having issues with mobile orders, they could take my order, but wouldn't honor the deal or give a refund?? I said no I already paid if you can just give me my food, they refused. 5 days later no refund like they said. Manager at this location is EXTREMELY rude to customers. I won't be returning.

The mcchicken was dry. I also asked for extra mayonnaise but what I got was outrageous. Same for my mcdouble, it was dry and the cheese slices where not even melted. The bread on both sandwiches had hard spots all over them. The McDonaldland shake was DELICIOUS!!!
