I went here today and asked for a 6 piece kids meal with apple slices and a large Dr. Pepper and Spicy Buffalo sauce. The screen still said Tangy BBQ so I repeated myself and the staff was RUDE when I repeated my self for the spicy buffalo saying “I HEARD YOU” I went to get my food and to my eyes I see TANGY BBQ sauce instead of the SPICY BUFFALO that I was wanting luckily another staff member was kind enough to replace my sauce but then I took a sip of my LARGE DR.PEPPER only to taste COKE. IM PROBABLY NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN!!!

Foreign employees have hard time understanding us not always getting order correct when ordering have to repeat ourselves it's gotten little better but the pickup window gal in morning never smiles acts like she really doesn't want to be there, doesn't understand her numbers well they need better customer service skillsFood and coffee are always nice and hot. We come several times a week through drive-through.

The manager of this place is really rude to door dashers picking up orders. Just saying we are customer too and she has no right to talk down to anyone. She doesn’t speak English well and barely can communicate but when she does it’s a horrible attitude. Do better.
