Soda machine was broken. Told me orange juice machine has been broken for months. Burger was hot at least but fries were stale, definitely had been sitting out a while.

Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had. The drive-thru was out of receipt paper, there was no ketchup available, and I was only given one buffalo sauce for four meals. When I politely requested an additional sauce, the employee stated they could not provide one because “their boss is mad,” which was confusing and unprofessional. Additionally, I waited approximately 10 minutes for cookies. Overall, the service and management were very disappointing.

If your a delivery driver delivering late night stay far away from this one. Needs better management. They will make you stand in the cold for a long time without even acknowledging you. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Disrespectful.
ordered 4 double cheese with extra mustard and ketchup only because they serve the dries burgers in the world.
Received 3 regular and one absolutely covered in ketchup just on the outside. Inside it was regular. It wasn't even wrapped up like the rest of them were. Open in the bag. How are we ok with this behavior.
The person who did it needs fired and the manager needs writen up.

The staff was very friendly but the service is slow. I witnessed at least 3 behind the counter staff joking, laughing and playing too much... causing slow service.

My wife went there today with our grandson and some Hispanic lady was absolutely rude and tried to tell her, her app for a free happy meal was incorrect and would not expect it. After several minutes and a absolutely condescending employee she was finally able to get her meal. Anyway, your employees want to play this game with me, good, my next call will be to ICE, and make no mistake, I am. If they are legal, then my next call will be to corporate headquarters. This is no going away. I will keep taking this as far possible to ensure that employee is taken to task for her rudeness and poor customer service. Im also a retired US Marine Corps Officer and I plan to let every veteran I know and at the VFW, just how your company employee treated my wife and grandson.

When taking the orders they don't pay attention to what people are saying. I have to constantly repeat myself and they still get the order wrong. If getting a burger I always ask for NO KETCHUP and usually end up with ketchup all over it. When I order my drink I order WITHOUT ICE and always have to have it remade because they try to hand me a drink with ice. It's only because people are lazy and don't care about the customers they're only there for the paycheck. And one last thing ... They're always so far behind in the drive through that they have to ask people to pull forward and wait longer for their orders
