if I could put zero stars, I definitely would. first off where is the manager? does corporate even go to the building who is hiring these children? When will this McDonald’s get shut down? out of all the McDonald’s this is the one that I grew up at, but sadly, they have gone downhill. Customer service is horrific. They don’t listen to you when taking your orders as well they have attitudes. if you don’t wanna work and learn how to talk to your customers, then you shouldn’t have a job. I’m more than likely wasting my time writing this interview because I know that they won’t read it and if they do, they’re not not gonna respond because they’re scared of the truth. But I’m not writing this, but for the people that are reading this so y’all don’t go here. Every single time I go here they end up being an altercation because they don’t get the order or because they have attitudes. Simply they need a new manager, or they need to shut the building down. And if you’re reading this, please text me back and we can discuss more about what you can do to fix this place.

It’s 9:40 and this is the 3rd time I have waited in line get up to the speaker and they say they are only taking DoorDash or Uber deliveries !!! Why don’t they post a sign on the McDonalds sign or at the entrance saying they are closed only for online orders what McDonalds does this it’s ghetto and no customer service

Gone to this McDonald's multiple times hoping that they would fix the problem but they never do. Every time I go to this certain McDonald's they ALWAYS get my order wrong and then I have to waste gas to go back and get my CORRECT order I mean seriously its not that hard to double check and make sure everything is there I shouldnt have to always check my bag to make sure everything is correct before i leave.

My fish sandwich was so cold that the cheese wouldn't melt at all. Fries were the only thing that was fresh.
Service was great and fast. The food was hot and fresh and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming I was very satisfied hands down 5

There was a car broke down in the drive through first off. The girl taking money was real nice at first but when I asked for a single dipping sauce I'm being charged for it only ketchup is free I guess according to these guys. I've never been charged before tonight and the food was like warm. Didn't even get to have something to dip my fries in to come them cold things down. As always disappointing McDonald's do better. We're spending money to buy food at least treat us as of you want people to come back.
