Extremely disappointed with the morning crew here. They consistently fail to open on time at 5:00 AM. I've been sitting in the drive-thru line with several other cars for 10 minutes and no one is taking orders. If you're looking for breakfast on your way to work, go somewhere else-this location is unreliable

I was just up there to get some food, I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 chicken wraps and when I get inside and get my bag, I told them it was only one chicken wrap and she told me they were both wrapped in one together. I get home and I only have one. She had on glasses, and she was short. I don't know her name. But she clearly didn't give me what I asked for and what I paid for.

I placed an order for teachers at East Central Highschool and they didn’t add the cheeseburgers. So unfortunately the teachers only received French Fries order number #Q021

Waited 30 minutes for my food only to get it all wrong and cold so I got my money back and went to Burger King across the street and only took 5 minutes for my food over there.

Employees were very non professional and ignorant and disrespectful. Messed the order up and forgot food from our order. Would not recommend coming to this location and I will not be returning to this location.

Went to the drive-through to place an order, asked if I was gonna be using the mobile app, I said no, then they just disappeared. And two other cars went through the other drive-through lane. Horrible customer service always at this location.

My cheeseburger was cold, my husband's chicken sandwich was just thrown together, there was no salt or pepper packets and no napkins. The women's bathroom was a disaster with toilet paper everywhere. The only reason I gave 1 star is because that's the only way I could comment.

Clean inside and out. Tables/ floor and bathrooms were clean! Smiles with every employee interaction. Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel and a bacon egg and cheese bagel. After exchanging a sausage bagel, I left with 3 hash browns and a pumpkin pie on top of my steak and bacon bagel sandwiches. You really go above and beyond for your customers! If you are near there and need a quick bite, definitely give them your business! If you don't want the greasy goodness try one of their back on the menu snack wraps! Definitely worth using the app. Kiosk inside has deals too! Thank you!!
