Missing an item and the phone number doesn't go through, tired of McDonald's always forgetting items and not answering. Corporate is no better, they still owe me loyalty points that were taken when the item wasn't even available. The app needs a feature to refund all the missing items since no one answers the phone.

Waiting in the drive-through for my daughter who is two and just wants some french fries One lane didn’t even work and there were no signs then when we ordered ours, they said they had to cook fresh but there were so many people there. Did not rate the food for this trip because I never got to place a order. Had 5 worker 1 was a manager saw me staying wait to place order. In the last year I have not gotten a correct order. IF I owned this store I would get a new crew!!

The lights were literally flickering, and the power kept turning off and on due to the wind storm, but they still made my order, despite challenges, and I think that's very awesome of them.
I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese for my kid and the cheese was stuck on paper ! Onto the burger the whole burger was full of paper ! Whomever prepared this burger need more training !! This is NOT
