They only speak Spanish in the mornings here. They're hard to understand and can pronounce anything in english. Then they'll ask you to repeat what you said 1000 times.

I understand hiring young people for the first job, but I really wish we could teach people how to care again and actually care about their job and about the people they interact with. I come here probably a couple times a month and in the last few weeks the staff here has just literally stopped caring

This location really needs to do something about their drive-thru, which enables people to cut in line. The last time that I was at this location, they went out of order in the drive-thru, and I had to wait excessively to even be able to order.
Hash Brown cold. I ordered unsweetened tea. They gave me sweet tea twice. Apparently, someone mixed it. So, 3rd attempt...I waited for unsweetened tea. It tastes like they ran it thru the coffee maker.

Constantly getting orders wrong. Never leave without checking- this is by my house and so I naturally frequent. They go too fast and need to take their time to get things right. They will upcharge you without you knowing.
