I ordered for the 1st time today for delivery at McDonald's!!!! I ordered a double hamburger, and when my order was delivered, I recieved a regular hamburger instead. I called the Yale McDonald's and spoke with a manager (supposedly). I asked if they could resolve that problem. BUT, she said that I would have to come in. I said, that's why I ordered for delivery!! The door dash perso that dropped my order off to me should have double checked the order!! I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THAT MCDONALD'S AGAIN!! THE DELIVERY GUY'S NAME WAS CHRISTOPER, HE WAS MY DELIVERY GUY FROM DOOR DASH!! By THE WAY WHEN I SPOKE WITH THE SO CALLED MANAGER, SHE SAID THAT THE SUPERVISOR ONLY COMES IN ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH... MY OPINION IS THE SUPERVISOR SHOULD COME IN MORE OFTEN. TO CHECK ON THEIR EMPLOYEE'S AND MAKE SURE THAT THE DOOR DASH PERSON GETS THE ORDER RIGHT. I HOPE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE!!!!

This McDonald’s on Yale is lightning fast. My food was Fast ready and Hot and fresh. The people were very nice and I will come to This McDonald’s again.
I order 3 sauage biscuits with cheese, instead got 3 egg biscuits with cheese. I can't eat eggs. Very unhappy !!

Took a while to get an employees attention to pay. Also there are no more self serve drinks. And no ketchup. Sat down to wait for my food. Employee took my order and gave it to another customer, walked right by me. I asked for my food but was ignored. Finally got up and approached employee and got my food. My fries were missing. Finally got my fries 5 minutes later. Limited ketchup packets. I ask for more Ke tip. Employee acts annoyed. Will not be back.
