Hash Brown cold. I ordered unsweetened tea. They gave me sweet tea twice. Apparently, someone mixed it. So, 3rd attempt...I waited for unsweetened tea. It tastes like they ran it thru the coffee maker.

Constantly getting orders wrong. Never leave without checking- this is by my house and so I naturally frequent. They go too fast and need to take their time to get things right.
They will upcharge you without you knowing.

This place has horrible customer service. I ordered two 6 piece nugget happy meals with extra fries instead of apples. When I checked the boxes they didn’t have extra fries. When I told the employee about it, he claimed he already put apples in there. I then explained to the employee that there were no apples in the box and that the boxes weren’t even supposed to have apples as they were supposed to have extra fries. Instead of trying to rectify the situation by just putting extra fries in the box like I ordered, like my receipt showed that I asked for, he proceeded to call me a liar under his breath in Spanish, and then, also in Spanish, tells his manager that I am a liar and that I stole the apples because he remembers putting them in the food boxes. After hearing that I told them I no longer wanted the food and asked for my money back. I will never patron this location again and neither should you

I paid for my order through the mobile app and gave them the code when I got up there she said I had to repay. She kept arguing with me and wouldn’t just get the manager. She didn’t speak English very well. I have the bank statements saying I paid two ridiculous at that point

It is not unheard of to come thru the drive thru at a busy time, spend $6 on a breakfast sandwich and it come out just put together 😕 cheese not melted meat and egg barely warm

The female manager,Mericela,time frame 1150am/12:00pm, was very rude when I was redeeming my points for a Free happy meal she wanted to make me pay for something that was not part of my promotion. I redeemed my points for FREE food so why do I need to pay anything.
