They changed the menu and got rid of my favorite option, the French Dip. I got the Patty Melt instead and it was made with American cheese not Swiss. I wasn't very impressed. The server was nice and helpful. It was an ok experience but probably won't be going back.

My husband and I entered for lunch yesterday afternoon and not a single worker sat us, much less greeted us. I stood there for 7-10 minutes with absolutely zero interaction, so we left. At least two employees saw us waiting to be seated and ignored us. McNellies downtown is absolutely PHENOMENAL but South City does not deliver the same hospitality in the least.

Service was excellent, our server was Nick K. That is all I was say about the best part of this restaurant. We are from out of state. My husband wanted a burger. Why is it ok to have pre-packaged hamburger patty and fries? I had the prime dip. It lacked flavor. Please look into modifying current food choices to get this place to stand out

Well, service was very poor. I ordered a beer, before I ordered. It took at least 10 to 15 minutes just to get service, then after I ordered, still no beer. Then my food arrives, no beer. I saw her and asked, she said not yet. She only had a few tables, then someone else has to do her job. Really poor, as my food got cold waiting on something to drink. The food is good.Otherwise I would not have stayed. And I had my mind set on what I was going to order..
