if i had to choose one place to eat at before i died, i would choose this restaurant. if i wanted to end it all and didnt think life was worth living, i would come here to remind myself it is worth it. ive been coming to this place since i was a child and its still the best restaurant ever (despite not having all the same foods) actually have no idea what they are putting in this food to make it so damn bomb. food SHOULD NOT be this good, actually dangerous for me, my figure, and my wallet. no matter what you order, it will be good. my personal favorites are the beef pho, brisket pho, fried rice(any kind), lo mein(any kind), that one steak dish, their egg rolls, and thai tea. if this place ever closes im driving off a bridge.

Strange interior deco, color and light!
It seems like they painted the dirty white over with a color that does not shows if it accumulated dust!!!
I ordered Pho, the bowl was not deep enough for the broth and they stuffed the bowl with a lot of… I meant very big portion!
And again … there is not as much flavor but there is that sweetness in the broth!
I am sure it is NOT MSG, but can’t tell if came from bones or that high density glucose from Corn!

First time visit. Sit where you like, quiet atmosphere.
I got Beef Slice Pho and partner got Bun Bo Hue.
Pho was mild tasting but still good, I prefer a stronger clove Pho flavoring was fine. Beef was soft, you can tell it goes in raw and is gently cooked by the hot broth (love this, no tough meat).
Bun Bo Hue wasn't as spicy as it looks and had good flavor.
Fresh Spring Rolls shrimp looked nice, had cucumber in it which was unique.
Thai tea was good, on the less sweet side than others I have had.
Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to cilantro and they made sure not to garnish with it (this is often a challenge).

Nice clean restaurant, good food!
We eat at a lot of small mom and pop owned restaurants and what usually stands out at many is the cleanliness (or lack of) of the restaurant. It was quite noticeable that the owners here keep things clean and orderly.
I am no Vietnamese food expert. What I try to do is order the same meal at every restaurant, so I can compare what I have eaten and like.
For me it is Bun Bo Hue, for my wife it is the vermicelli eggroll salad with chicken. And the appetizer of choice is the spring roll.
The spring rolls were large and average in taste. The chicken on the vermicelli was excellent. It had a little char on the chicken meat which really made the meal. The fish sauce dressing was not over powering with fish flavor. The broth of the Bun Bo Hue was a little bland for my liking. It was lacking both in beef flavor and spice (heat and lemon grass flavor). It took a hearty dosing of Sriracha sauce and soy sauce to bring it to life. They don't serve fresh Jalapenos with the side vegetables, but they will provide them on request. The good thing about the Bun Bo Hue was that it was not sweet, It was not overpowered by the flavor of fish sauce and there was a generous portion of thin cut lean tender beef.

I've been going here for years and the food is A one. My go to dishes are the hot and sour seafood soup (especially when I'm not feeling well! ), spicy beef noodles, and the hen! Guys if you enjoy Asian food you've got to check them out. You will not be disappointed!

My wife ordered the tuna salad and it was terrible. There was only 4 people in the restaurant and the service was poor. I informed the waitress that the tuna tasted terrible, strong fishy flavor and she just sat there and looked at me and took the dishes away. She never said anything. Then I told her again and she said nothing and so then I went up which looked like the manager and told her that the tuna was terrible and I know what tuna is supposed to taste like because I live in Costa Rica and fish for tuna.
I’m sure the other dishes are OK but don’t order the tuna
