It all sucks. Can get better at walmart. Decorations are the worst. Whoever it is now, my child can do better. Ive also had better tasting baked goods from a grocery store. Overpriced and overrated.

I was late picking up my daughter’s birthday cake and Gray stayed 45 minutes after to close until I got there. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE 👏

I purchased a pecan pie for $26 and it was awful it stuck to the bottom of the pan and was an all in pieces when you tried to pull a piece out. I wouldn’t care if it was a Walmart $10 pie but $26 I would expect it to at least be eatable. I called the manager at the store ( his name is as Gray) and he acted like I was lying and putting him out by giving them some feed back. He asked if I had pictures my wife actually did so she could show our family for thanksgiving (when we bought the pie) I sent him the email of the picture and not a word from him in 2 weeks. What an overpriced low quality place l. I will go to Walmart next time

I ordered a Tres Leches cake for my daughter and future son-n-law whose birthdays are close together. When I picked up the cake the store placed the cake into a box that was smaller than the cake. I simply asked if I could get a larger box or a piece of seran so that the cake would be protected. And I was told that “That’s not what you want, I suggest leaving the cake open so that it doesn’t get too hot.” I explained that I understood the cake need to remain chilled however if I couldn’t protect it from debris that might fly into an open box top and onto an unprotected cake that I couldn’t serve to other people. He continued to argue that point until I just chose to leave the store.
This has been the third time I have ordered a cake from this location because my wife requested it and I like to support the local community; however, if I spend $100 on a cake then I should be able to get not only the cake that I requested but the expected service that my hard earned money suggests.
I would like to also comment on the state of cleanliness of the restrooms. Each time that I have visited my wife, grandson, or I have attempted to use the facilities while waiting to pick up our cake but the state of the facilities have been so terrible that we requested twice that someone take a look because of the hygienic nature and the proximity to the cakes, pastries, and goods.

Not impressed at all, based on all of the reviews that really hyped this place up I had high expectations for this place. We ordered an apple caramel pie, pumpkin pie, and banana crème pie.
First off the apple pie had hope but the topping was so overwhelming it literally made it inedible. It’s was cinnamon overload and I love cinnamon but there was so much that my bowl had more cinnamon than apple pie itself. Secondly the pumpkin pie was not impressive, very thin and just lacking flavor. Thirdly the one that lacked flavor the most was the banana crème pie. There was literally no banana flavor at all. The entire pie itself was flavorless. If it wasn’t for the crust which was also lackluster the pie would have had zero flavor. The banana pie literally looked like someone took vanilla pudding and topped it with a few banana slices with some whip cream.
Extremely disappointing especially when these were ordered in advanced for Thanksgiving. Would love to say I’d give this place another chance but when you strike out on all 3 pies I think that tells me everything I need to know sadly.

Seems like every year this bakery gets worse. The employees at 15th location are absolutely rude. Never smile and you can tell they hate working there.

Friendly staff. Normally the baked goods are fresh and tasty.

My last purchase had cookies and cupcakes that were stale when eaten the same day. For the price per item, that isn’t acceptable.

Such a great location. I usually go to the one on cherry st. But couldn’t. I came to this one and the cashier was extremely charismatic and sweet. Definitely a place I’ll be going back to.

I have nothing but great things to say about the broken arrow location! I went today to grab a sandwich with my two young daughters. My 4 year old kept talking about this pink cake she was going to get for her birthday and pointed out the one she’d want. (Her birthday isn’t until march). My food was ready and we left. When I got home and looked in the bag, there was a piece of the cake she had been talking about in there! It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our day!!

This is my favorite place to go when I’m craving something sweet. They have all types of sweet treat cookies, cakes, donuts, and my absolute favorite danishes 😋. They make everything fresh daily and prices aren’t bad at all. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Took our library coupon to get 2 free cookies for my son and it expires on 10/1 and today is 10/1 and they wouldn’t honor it. Wouldn’t even give us 1. Seems very stingy. I can’t stand bad customer service.

This place use to be our go to spot for cakes, pastries, and after school treats for our family (and extended) but after the way the store manager treated us…we will NOT be back. I’ve spent way too much money with this business to be treated the way we were. My son’s birthday is Friday and unfortunately, I am now having to find a different place to fulfill his cake order. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
